Consuming good food and diet takes alot of Hard-work to some reasonable extent here in Nigeria and in Africa as a whole. Take for instance, for a farmer to produces food, it takes alot of Hard-work, patience and also persistence and others in general. Likewise when you are to put some kind of food in the table, it takes 30 minutes, 1 hour or even more hours. Going for Pounded YAM for example is what we want to discuss with Photography Session here within few minutes.

• Peeling of the raw white yam was done within few minutes and it was placed on the heat source Which was the Hot Gas Cooker. After 20 minutes, the yam was properly done for consumption and for pounding.

• This was when the pounding was done within 20 minutes again and I took some pictures below.

• On this note, the pounded yam is almost done after pounding so much harder than before, then there was a very skillful thing that made it so soft and succulent.... The side-by-side blending and grinding.

• This was when the pounding was completed and done. We went ahead to dish it out into the disposable white cooking nylon.
