3 hours in the cold / 3 godziny w zimnie [PL/ENG]

Hey, another day with actifit behind me. I had 3 hours free, in waiting for an important meeting, so I decided to take advantage of it by doing cardio. I was in town, so the late hour was no problem for me. I left my car at the train station and walked the whole city. It was cold outside, but that didn't stop me. I went into a few stores and bought things for a pre-arranged meeting. I noticed that many houses are already decorated for the holidays. It is undoubtedly a beautiful time that brings people together. Thoughts of Christmas made me smile. I also had thoughts in my head about how to conduct the meeting well, which made me completely forget about the cold. After returning home, I went out for one more walk with my phone in my hand. I talked to my loved ones and to 4 friends. They were uplifting conversations. Thank you for reading this post and remember head on!

Hej, za mną kolejny dzień z actifitem. Miałem wolne 3 godziny, w oczekiwaniu na ważne spotkanie, więc postanowiłem to wykorzystać robiąc cardio. Byłem w mieście, więc późna pora nie była dla mnie żadnym problemem. Zostawiłem samochód przy dworcu i przeszedłem całe miasto. Na dworze było zimno, ale nie powstrzymało mnie to. Zaszedłem do kilku sklepów i kupiłem rzeczy na umówione wcześniej spotkanie. Zauważyłem, że wiele domów jest już przystrojonych na święta. Jest to niewątpliwie piękny okres, który łączy ludzi. Myśli o świętach sprawiły że się uśmiechnąłem. W głowie miałem też myśli o tym jak dobrze przeprowadzić spotkanie, dzięki czemu całkowicie zapomniałem o chłodzie. Po powrocie do domu wyszedłem z telefonem w ręce na jeszcze jeden spacer. Porozmawiałem z najbliższymi i z 4 przyjaciółmi. Były to budujące rozmowy.
