Day of 2024-12-28

Yesterday, the weather took a turn for the colder, with a biting chill in the air that made it feel like winter was settling in for good. Instead of braving the cold for a run or any other outdoor activity, I decided to give myself a well-earned rest day from sports. The downtime felt like a chance to recharge both physically and mentally, letting my muscles recover while I stayed warm indoors. With a cozy day at home.

In the crypto markets, $HIVE had a remarkable day, with its price surging over 25%, fueled by strong performance from new listings.

The momentum was exciting to watch, as the market seemed to rally behind the asset’s upward trajectory. This adjustment in the market created an unexpected opportunity, allowing me to scoop up some relatively cheap $LTC amidst the shifting tides.

It’s rare to see such alignment between rising assets and undervalued opportunities, so timing played a crucial role. The day’s trading activities reinforced the importance of staying agile and ready to act when the market offers a chance to capitalize.

Sounds like a perfect way to embrace the colder weather.
Sometimes a rest day is exactly what we need.

Sundowning

Sometimes, people with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, manifests symptoms like agitation, confusion or mood swings in the late afternoon or at early night (when the sun goes down). This phenomenon is termed sundowning!

In the early stage of Alzheimer’s, the symptoms may not be apparent. However, as the disease advances, sundowning becomes more obvious slowly but surely! Almost all Alzehimer’s patients will have sundowning to some extent! A person with a sundowning phenomenon may have a good day (less symptoms), or a bad day (more symptoms)!

Changes in the familiar surroundings (e.g. events where many people gather in the patient’s room, noise), changes in the daily routines, physical illness (pain, infection, constipation, lack of sleep) etc are the triggering factors for sundowning symptoms.
