Day of 2024-12-26
Weather and Running on the Last Day of Christmas
Yesterday's weather was rainy, with a steady drizzle that could easily discourage outdoor activities. Despite the wet conditions, I was determined to keep up my running routine on the final day of Christmas. The cool air and the rhythmic sound of raindrops made the run surprisingly refreshing.
It felt rewarding to overcome the natural temptation to stay indoors, closing the festive season with a sense of accomplishment.
In the trading world, $LTC continued to dominate the volume, maintaining its strong presence in the market.
Meanwhile, $LGN proved to be a standout performer, providing some solid gains that added excitement to the day.
With momentum on my side, I started eyeing opportunities with $WOO, which has already shown a remarkable 200% growth. The potential for further gains seemed promising, and strategizing for the next move kept the day engaging.
Staying attuned to market trends like these underscores the dynamic nature of the cryptocurrency space.
Sounds like a great way to end the festive season.
Running in the rain can feel so invigorating, and it's impressive that you stuck to your routine despite the weather.

Microplastics are linked to serious health issues, such as impaired reproductive health, disruption of the endocrine system, weight gain, insulin resistance, and even cancer.
Recently, researchers from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona published a study in the journal Chemosphere, on sciencedirect. They discovered that when we drink tea from a teabag, we are also ingesting numerous microplastics and nanoplastics. These microplastics do not pass through our bodies via feces; instead, they are absorbed by intestinal cells, which can cause harm to our health.
