More Than 10 Hours!

There are times when you'll encounter clumsy days, and everything that happens to you will look so complicated that you'll wish that day never exist, but it will always be a memorable day for you because every day comes with a different experience, I encountered one today.

permit me my rants!

Yeah, today I went on a journey from Lagos State, Nigeria to Ekiti State, Nigeria. When I stepped outside, the rate at which the sun is heating me that morning is unexplainable, In my mind, I was like "I just hope my journey is not going to be hectic today, because of the way it started with a hot atmosphere", but damn! it was stressful, 😀😀it's like I'm going on an excursion around the oven.. hehehe

I'm gonna tell you everything 🤷...

I waited for a long time before I could see a bus going to the car park, as I was about to enter the bus, I mistakenly hit my foot on the entrance of the door! " ouch! not again!" I felt the pain in my bone.. lol, I sat down gently like a rejected stone...😂😂. The bus began to move but the way it moved can make one lose weight like 2.5kg..lol. well, it's not the fault of the driver, is a result of bad roads. Bad road is one of the major problems in my country.

Getting to the park...

I'm sorry, I could not take any pictures, because I'm drained already. When I get to the park, I paid the transport fare and they gave me my ticket, I walked down to the place where the bus was parked, entered, and sat down. I waited for more than an hour before the was filled up. I was happy when the bus was filled up with passengers, just then I heard a voice "Everybody come out! the bus is not going anymore, you'll all be moving to the next bus" hearing that makes me feel like someone whose heart was broken... hehehe, we have no choice but to move to another bus, damn! the stress is eating me up!

Another wahala( Another trouble)...

After taking the stress to move to another bus, finally, the journey from Lagos to Ekiti begins. one our way going we encountered another wahala that wasted our time. We got to a spot where our bus was stopped by customs police, they search the bus and found an exhibit (some items/goods are not legalized in our country) which make them to delay us for hours...I was sitting inside the bus sweating like a Christmas goat about to be slaughtered, the weather is hot and I was like "oh God, let this cup pass over me ", one thing I hate is stress and I'm having an overdose of it at that moment... hehehe, to cut the whole story short, the driver was later pardoned after pleading for hours.

Finally, I got home...

The journey that is supposed to last for 6 hours lasted for more than 10 hours, that's crazy! While I was inside the bus, all my thoughts were " when I get home, I'll take my bath, eat and sleep till tomorrow morning" but here am I now, I could not even sleep after eating, " Mary! not this time around, you're stressed, you must sleep" but No, I was just rolling from one end of the bed to the other, then I picked up my phone to write this, I hope I'll fall asleep soon...Errrrrrr, my body needs it, but my eyes refuse to close😰
