Ramat had always dreamed of building a happy family with the love of her life, she met her husband,Usman,in the institution then and they fell deeply in love. After graduation they got married without wasting time, their love was a burning one. Not long Ramat became pregnant with their first child,Usman started another stage of pampering, don't to this, rest, don't to that....

Tragedy struck when Amara was just six months gone.Usman got involved in a fatal car accident, which claimed his life before he could be rushed to the nearby hospital, this left Ramat shattered and alone. She became a totallu different person, struggling and finding it hard to come to terms that her lover, soulmate, partner is gone.

Despite all,Ramat found the strength to carry on for the sake of the unborn child. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, she was named Rihannat, she(Rihannat)looks so much like her father,if she had been a male,it would habe been said that Usman reincarnated, she moved on with her life and her love for her daughter helped her healing.

However,Ramat soon realized that being a single mother came with its own challenges. She Moved somewhere else,as she couldn't afford to pay for where she was staying with her husband before, she was a tailor, but she had to sell some of her equipments just to pay some bills. Her in laws were not of much help,as her late husband was the one everyone looked up to.

People in the community she moved to began to whisper, pointing fingers and judging her. They assumed she had gotten pregnant out of wedlock,or was sent out by her parent because she get impregnated, she was still young, they couldn't think of the fact that she might be married, some even said maybe she was a prostitute, and couldn't terminate the child because she had done several abortions before, this stigma followed her everywhere.

Her neighbors would sneek up and gossip, even to her hearing, she felt inferior, unwelcome, sad and all,the pain and shame were overwhelming.

She tried her best to ignore the rumors, focusing on raising her daughter and rebuilding her life, but it was not easy.

Years passed,Ramat poured her all into raising her daughter,Rihannat. She worked hard, doing all sort of menial jobs, just to provide for her daughter, sacrificing her own happiness for Rihannats well-being.But as Rihannat grew older,Ramat realized she couldn't hide the truth forever.

Ramat told her one day about her dad and his tragic passing, they both could by control their tears as it streams down theirr face, and for the first time Ramat saw understanding in her daughter's eyes.

She decided to confront the rumors head-on,she knew if one or two know, since they are all gossipers, then, the others will know, so she did it twice when she heard some talking about her again, and that maybe her daughter might walk I'm her footsteps, she came out to them, maturedly and told them what it is,if its what they wished for also, you dont judge a person yoh dont know.
Slowly the community began to see Ramat in a new light.

Her neighbors who do shun her,now apologized for their miscoeptions. They realized that Ramats strength and courage were not signs of shame but of a woman, mother who had underwent and endured unimaginable pain.

One day, while volunteering,in the community as she was now well accepted by all,Ramat met a kind-hearted man named Femi.He listened to her story, his eyes filled with compassion and understanding.Ramat felt a spark and some butterflies, but she hesitated, fearing an heartbreak.

Femi, however was patient and gentle. He won Ramat trust, showing her that love could spsrk again, the more they spent time together the more Ramat realized that she was worthy of love, not despite her past but because of it.

Rihannat was glad her mum found love and welcomed Femi with open arms.

Ramat finally found the happiness she thought she had lost forever, love cam indeed conquer even the darkest of pasts.

Years later,Ramat looked back on her journey, grateful for the lessons, she knew that being a single mother wasn't a shame but a badge of honor,a testament to her strength and courage.
