Den Juli über konnte ich meine HP durch Autor- und Kurationsbelohnungen um 44,20 auf 423,130 vor dem heutigen PowerUp erhöhen. Das ist weniger als sonst, was wohl u.a. meiner kurzen Coronapause geschuldet war und da ich auf Grund meiner anhaltenden Sehnenentzündung generell weniger hier war.

Over the month of July, I was able to increase my HP through author and curation rewards by 44.20 to 423.130 before today's PowerUp. That's less than usual, which was probably due in part to my short corona break and because I was generally here less due to my ongoing tendonitis.

Heute habe ich wieder 10 HP aufgepowert auf nun 433.130 HP erhöht.

Today I have increased again 10 HP to now 433,130 HP.

HBD

Die HBD habe ich wie gewohnt nach dem Claimen auf einen runden Betrag erhöht und somit stehen nun 17 HBD da (1 HBD mehr als letzten Monat).

I increased the HBD as usual after claiming to a round amount and so now there are 17 HBD (1 HBD more than last month).
