Mi entrenamiento de cuerpo completo 🔥 [ESP🇻🇪 | ENG🇺🇸]
Un saludo amigos de #Hive, #Liketu y #SWC. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de full boody. Ayer no me dió tiempo de entrenar por lo cual decidí hoy hacer un pequeño entrenamiento de cuerpo completo, y así no dejar pasar el entrenamiento de ayer. Esta rutina constó de 3 series de 10 sentadillas con liga, 3 series de 12 zancadas por cada pierna, 3 series de 10 flexiones y 3 series de 30 segundo en plancha.
Greetings friends of #Hive, #Liketu and #SWC. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my full body training. Yesterday I didn't have time to train, so I decided to do a small full-body workout today, and thus not miss yesterday's training. This routine consisted of 3 sets of 10 squats with a band, 3 sets of 12 strides for each leg, 3 sets of 10 push-ups and 3 sets of 30 seconds in plank.
