Going out with my son is a big challenge because he is very homemade so when it's time I take the opportunity to enjoy with him to the fullest and eating fascinates him so as I had to perform tests for a little flu he had we went for some empanadas and take the opportunity to meet new ventures in Caripe.

We found a super cozy place called Enki near the Guácharo monument, where they offered empanadas for breakfast but also for lunch, because of the time we chose the empanadas that my son accompanied with malts and my husband and I of course with a delicious black coffee.

We waited for a while since the empanadas are made at the moment of ordering, something very good because we eat them hot, they arrived and we were surprised by the size but I was looking forward to my coffee and although the size was not what I am used to since it was small, it was of a unique quality.

A black coffee that with a teaspoon of sugar, since I like it sweet in the mornings, woke me up totally, I felt the cooking (roasted) perfect and its beautiful color being the perfect companion to enjoy my chicken empanada which was also great.

The service of the place was wonderful, so if you visit Caripe go to Enki and ask for their cafe negrito that I'm sure you will love, because in Caripe they have some of the best cafes and stores offer besides good service, good musical atmosphere, rich climate and excellent cuisine. Feliz día y buena vibra para todos en esta maravillosa comunidad. Salir con mi hijo es un gran reto porque es muy casero, por eso cuando toca aprovecho de disfrutar con él al máximo y comer le fascina así que como tuve que realizarle exámenes por un poco de gripe que tenía nos fuimos por unas empanadas y aprovechar de conocer nuevos emprendimientos en Caripe.

Ubicamos un lugar super acogedor llamado Enki cerca del monumento al Guácharo, donde ofrecían empanadas como desayuno pero también almuerzos, por la hora elegimos las empanadas que mi hijo acompañó con maltas y mi esposo y yo por supuesto con un rico café negrito.

Esperamos un poco ya que las empanadas las hacen al momento de pedirlas algo muy bueno porque las comemos calientitas, llegaron y nos sorprendimos del tamaño pero yo esperaba con ansias mi café y aunque el tamaño no era lo que acostumbro ya que era pequeño, estuvo de una calidad única.

Un café negrito que con una cucharadita de azúcar, ya que me gusta dulce en las mañanas, me despertó totalmente, se sentía la cocción (tostado) perfecto y su color hermoso siendo el acompañante `perfecto para disfrutar mi empanada de pollo que también estuvo genial.

La tención del lugar maravillosa, así que si visitan Caripe vayan a Enki y pidan su café negrito que estoy segura les encantará, porque en Caripe tienen de los mejores cafés y los comercios brindan además de buena atención, buen ambiente musical, rico clima y excelente gastronomía.
