Coffee and Liqueur Cream Cake Torta con Crema de Café y Licor

Feliz y bendecido dÃa amigos de @CinnamonCupCoffe, tiempo sin compartir con ustedes un momento de intimidad, disfrutando de nuestro ingrediente favorito "El Café" en nuestro dÃa a dÃa.
Estos dÃas han estado alarmantes en nuestro paÃs Venezuela, por las constantes lluvias que nos están azotando y lo mejor que podemos hacer es resguardarnos en nuestros hogares para evitar situaciones peores, confiando en Dios que todo pasará para tranquilidad de todos.
Y por supuesto que estando en casa el mejor compañero es un rico café caliente que nos endulce la vida, pero hoy se me ocurrió hacer una torta de 1/4 de kilo para disfrutar en familia y me encontré con una receta de una crema de café que nunca he probado y que llamó mucho mi atención, decidà hacerla para decorar mi tortica. Es lo que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes.

These days have been alarming in our country Venezuela, because of the constant rains that are hitting us and the best we can do is to take shelter in our homes to avoid worse situations, trusting in God that everything will pass for everyone's peace of mind.
And of course being at home the best companion is a nice hot coffee to sweeten our lives, but today I thought of making a 1/4 kilo cake to enjoy with the family and I came across a recipe for a coffee cream that I have never tried and that caught my attention, I decided to make it to decorate my tortica. This is what I want to share with you today.

Par la torta.
- 1 taza de mantequilla.
- 2 Tazas de azúcar.
- 2 huevos.
- 2 Cucharadas de cacao en polvo.
- 2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
- 1 Cucharada de café instantáneo.
- 2 Cdtas. de polvo de hornear.
Para la crema
- 200 ml de Crema de leche.
- 1 taza de azúcar.
- 1 Cucharada de Café instantáneo.
- 1 Cucharada de licor.
For the cake.
- 1 cup butter.
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
- 2 cups of leavening wheat flour.
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee.
- 2 tsp. baking powder.
For the cream
- 200 ml of milk cream.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee.
- 1 tbsp. liqueur.
En un bol agregamos la mantequilla y el azúcar y con ayuda de una batidora mezclamos hasta que la mantequilla se torne blanquecina.
In a bowl add the butter and the sugar and with the help of a mixer mix until the butter becomes whitish.
Agregamos luego los huevos, pasados 5 minutos agregamos la harina mezclada con 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo y la cucharada de café instantáneo y las de polvo de hornear.
Then add the eggs, after 5 minutes add the flour mixed with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and the tablespoon of instant coffee and the baking powder.
Vertemos en una tortera previamente enmantequillada y enharinada y llevamos al horno por 30 minutos.
Pour into a previously buttered and floured cake pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Mientras esperamos que la torta enfrÃe colocamos la crema de leche en un bol de vidrio y batimos con batidora eléctrica hasta que aumente de volumen. Vamos incorporando poco a poco el azúcar sin dejar de batir, para luego agregar el licor y el café instantáneo. Batimos hasta que la crema tome cuerpo.
While waiting for the cake to cool, place the milk cream in a glass bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it increases in volume. Gradually add the sugar while whisking, and then add the liqueur and instant coffee. We beat until the cream takes body.
Al enfriar la torta pasamos a agregarle encima la crema y hacer la decoración que nos guste. Para complementar tenÃa un poco de manà de reposterÃa y se lo coloqué en la parte central de la torta.
Once the cake is cooled, add the cream on top and decorate it as you like. To complement the cake I had a little bit of peanuts and I put it in the central part of the cake.
Ya terminada la torta la llevé unos 15 minutos al refrigerador, preparé un rico café con leche y disfrutamos de esta tarde lluviosa en casa, protegidos y confiando en Dios para que cesara y los sitios más vulnerables no tuvieran tanta afectación.
Once the cake was finished, I took it to the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, prepared a delicious coffee with milk and we enjoyed this rainy afternoon at home, protected and trusting in God that it would stop and that the most vulnerable places would not be so affected.

For rainy and non-rainy days this is a recipe for coffee and sweet lovers. I'm of both groups, so that recipe is for me.
