Other Self-Portrait Series... My #144 entry to the #Monomad challenge
Buscando y vagando entre mil ideas en mi mente para hacer unos retratos, una vocecita en mi interior me dijo: "¿Y si imaginamos que somos una modelo de Joyas?" 😁
Luego de acariciar y analizar la idea por un par de minutos, la materialicé.
Quería que el foco principal fueran las prendas que usaría, como eran en tono dorado quería que el fondo hiciera un contraste notorio, al principio use un fondo beige, pero tenía mis dudas. Así que revisé rápidamente como se vería luego de la edición a blanco y negro y los accesorios se perdían completamente de vista, por lo que recurrí a mi habitual y cómodo fondo negro...
Quería que se viera sofisticado, sobrio, elegante... Por eso escogí un vestido que no llamara la atención más que los accesorios, escogí uno en tono negro, además de llevar el cabello recogido para evitar mayor distracción... Toda la atención la queria en los aretes y anillos.
Al terminar y revisar las imágenes, las luces que había colocado de fondo no me convencían mucho... Pero tampoco deseaba un fondo tan plano y oscuro... Tengo muchas ideas listas para ser puestas en práctica, sólo que el presupuesto a veces no colabora conmigo 😁... Por lo que trabajo con lo que hay a la mano.
Después del proceso de edición, el resultado me gustó.... Por supuesto unas imágenes me encantaron más que otras. Pero creo que lo que buscaba transmitir lo conseguí. (A corta escala quizá) Pero... Si yo fuera espectadora, los accesorios serían lo primero que miraría en estas imágenes. (Porque Soy mujer y amo las prendas) xD.
Disfruté mucho dar vida a esta idea vaga que mi mente me susurró, por eso se las comparto en mi entrada #144 al desafío #Monomad.

Searching and wandering among a thousand ideas in my mind to make some portraits, a little voice inside me told me: "What if we imagine that we are a Jewelry model?" 😁.
After stroking and analyzing the idea for a couple of minutes, I materialized it.
I wanted the main focus to be the clothes I would wear, as they were in gold tone I wanted the background to make a noticeable contrast, at first I used a beige background, but I had my doubts. So I quickly checked how it would look after the black and white editing and the accessories were completely lost from view, so I resorted to my usual comfortable black background....
I wanted it to look sophisticated, understated, elegant.... That's why I chose a dress that didn't call more attention than the accessories, I chose one in black, and I also wore my hair up to avoid further distraction... I wanted all the attention to be on the earrings and rings.
When I finished and reviewed the images, the lights that I had placed in the background did not convince me much... But I didn't want such a flat and dark background either.... I have many ideas ready to be implemented, only the budget sometimes doesn't cooperate with me 😁.... So I work with what's at hand.
After the editing process, I liked the result.... Of course some images I loved more than others. But I think what I was looking to convey I got it.(On a short scale maybe) But.... If I were a spectator, the accessories would be the first thing I would look at in these images (Because I'm a woman and I love clothes) xD.
