Monday With Energy! 💙
Empezamos la semana con Energía! Más positivos que prueba de embarazo... 😁Agradecida con mi creador por un maravilloso día más de vida, que aunque no tuvo nada de extraordinario... Fue productivo y eso ya es ganancia.
En los planes no estaba hacerme fotos, ¡Perooo! Nos paramos un ratito a descansar debajo de una sombrita que no se podía desperdiciar fotográficamente hablando 🙃...
Hoy conversaba con una amiga, entre muchos temas hablamos del Sol... A diferencia de ella que no le presta mucha atención a protegerse del sol, yo si soy un poco más cuidadosa, por no decir maniática. Aparte del protector solar, sombrilla, sombrero y lentes oscuros, me forro de pies a cabeza cual momia 😁... Pero forrada y todo, que jamás nos falte el glamour 🤣.
El sol está muy fuerte últimamente, aparte de los daños que ocasiona estéticamente hablando y más cuando usas productos de skin care que pueden causarte manchas si no te cuidas lo suficiente. (Por no mencionar que acrecienta las líneas de expresión)
Y ustedes... ¿También se cuidan de los efectos nocivos del Sol?
We start the week with Energy! More positive than a pregnancy test... 😁Thankful to my creator for one more wonderful day of life, that even though it was nothing extraordinary.... It was productive and that's already a win.
It wasn't in the plans to take pictures, BUT! We stopped for a while to rest under a little shadow that couldn't be wasted photographically speaking 🙃....
Today I was chatting with a friend, among many topics we talked about the Sun.... Unlike her who doesn't pay much attention to protect herself from the sun, I am a bit more careful, not to say maniacal. Apart from sunscreen, umbrella, hat and sunglasses, I cover myself from head to toe like a mummy 😁.... But lined and all, so that we never lack glamour 🤣.
The sun is very strong lately, apart from the damage it causes aesthetically speaking and more when you use skin care products that can cause spots if you don't take enough care of yourself (not to mention that it increases expression lines).
And you... Do you also take care of the harmful effects of the sun?

Yo no me cuidaba la piel hasta hace un año que empece a notar manchas en el rostro y ahora siento que me falta algo sino llevo protector solar, sin eso nada, hasta olvido los zarcillos pero eso no. Hay que cubrirse y mas con estilo. Saludos
Ay amiga yo también... Hace 3 años fui a la playa y estaba usando días atrás una crema de zábila. No usé absolutamente nada de protección solar y zassss... Dos manchitas de cada lado...🙈🙈🙈 Desde allí le empecé a tener respeto al Sol. Con estilo pero bien forrada 😂
