When you want to buy a fashionable garment, ask yourself:

How timeless is it? How many uses could you give it? Is it versatile? In 2 years could you still wear it no matter the era?

I assure you that if you answer yes to these questions, you will have a combinable piece for many years.

I say this because for some time now I have been trying to make sure that the clothes I buy meet these requirements in one way or another... Besides, I'm not one to buy clothes at every moment, so I try to make sure that my investment is the best.

Today I'll give you a little example with this dress, which I wore as a shirt today. A few weeks ago I wore it with a knitted Cardigan because of how tight it is, wearing such tight garments makes me feel uncomfortable, so I decided that when I wore it, I will combine it with something looser and thus visually have balance.

This time I wore it with a skirt that has been with me for years, and I almost didn't wear it because I didn't like how it looked on me, but.... Sorprais! We grew in age and we already like it 😁.

The colors despite being from the same palette matched very well and they are also in shades that flatter me.

I know that a piece is a good investment when I can give it multiple uses, and this one fits in that list..... I have yet to try it with tennis shoes, a jacket, flannel and more!
