COFFEE style with QUEMEX method and a amazing store! Sneak Peak.

We went in to try one of the best coffee in the downtown area of Bogota, exactly located in its emblematic seventh race, immediately I saw it I knew that their coffee would be one of the best so far tested, and is that besides having a super nice space and very striking to the eye where you can relax, have a coffee while sharing with friends, family, your company or work and enjoy a dessert, the atmosphere is very warm and very versatile, has several spaces in the same place.
One of the things that most caught my attention was its decoration, which was accompanied by coffee beans, coffee plants, preparation methods on the shelves, a bar in the middle of the place, and absolutely everything in its internal design was great.
For the tasting we chose a preparation method called Quemex, where they used a digital scale to measure the weight of the coffee, with water preheated to a point before boiling that made its extraction totally smooth and clean, for this they used a paper and cellulose filter that made its extraction more perfect.
This exquisite tasting is what makes me continue to feel more and more passion for coffee and makes me want to continue getting to know new places with good coffee crops selected for consumption and distribution.
