Primero y principal es importante hacer ejercicio, bailar es una de las formas más fáciles para quitar todo el estrés y mantenernos en un peso adecuado para no estar sufriendo de cualquier enfermedad.

Cuando decidí ir al médico por el problema del tiroideo lo primero que me dijo el doctor fue que tenía que reducir la comida que comiera en plato pequeño y que no comiera tanta comida chatarra puede ser un día a la semana pero yo todos los días quiero comer todo tipo de comida pero no puedo.

When I decided to go to the doctor for the thyroid problem, the first thing the doctor told me was that I had to reduce the food I ate on a small plate and not eat so much junk food. It could be one day a week but I want to eat every day. all kinds of food but I can't.

Bueno sin más nada de que hablar estoy muy agradecida de estar en esa increíble academia de bailo terapia ya que te brinda el apoyo a los nuevos y no te regañan tanto solo se ponen al lado de los que no saben y te enseñan los pasos.

Me gusta más por qué a lo finales de cada mes hacen un compartir para los que cumplen en el mes bueno en este mes de junio nos fuimos para lico bar un lugar increíble.
