Saludos a todos mis amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, es para mí un placer compartirle este tema que es ¿Que haces para relajarte?.

Greetings to all my hive friends, I hope you are well, it is a pleasure for me to share this topic with you: What do you do to relax?

La mejor manera de relajación es expresar lo que sentimos bien sea llorando, riéndonos o hablando con nuestro padres para que ellos sepan cómo nos sentimos.

The best way to relax is to express what we feel, whether by crying, laughing or talking to our parents so they know how we feel.

Es importante tomarnos nuestros momentos libres para liberar nuestras tensiones, salir solos o con amigos a comer helados, tomar y comer son momentos que se viven una sola vez hay que aprovechar cada minutos de nuestra hermosa vida.

It is important to take our free moments to release our tensions, go out alone or with friends to eat ice cream, drink and eat are moments that are lived only once, we must take advantage of every minute of our beautiful life.

Las cosas que hago para relajarme son bastantes pero las más importantes son las que voy a mencionar por qué me llena de mucha felicidad hacerla casi todos los días.

There are quite a few things I do to relax, but I am going to mention the most important ones because it fills me with great happiness to do them almost every day.

Escuchar música / Listen to music.

Es una de las cosas que hago todos los días bien sea para bañarme o arreglar el cuarto eso me relaja bastante mis músicas para hacer las cosas son vallenatos y salsa, cada vez que escucho musica a todo volumen mi familia me dicen si estoy despechada pero no solo es para relajarme y tener paciencia a todo.

It's one of the things I do every day, whether it's taking a bath or tidying up the room. It relaxes me a lot. My music to get things done is vallenatos and salsa. Every time I listen to loud music, my family tells me if I'm upset, but I'm not. It's just to relax and be patient with everything.

Salir a comer helados/ Go out to eat ice cream.

Está es una de mis partes favoritas ya que he tenido el placer de probar casi todos los sabores pero el que más me gusta es el chocolate con oreo, salir con mi prima a comer helado es lo mejor por que nos reímos por todo así sea de algo que no tiene sentido.

This is one of my favorite parts since I have had the pleasure of trying almost all the flavors but the one I like the most is chocolate with Oreo, going out with my cousin to eat ice cream is the best because we laugh at everything no matter how something that doesn't make sense.

Ir a la playa/ Go to the beach.

La playa tiene algo especial que relaja bastante a todos bueno a mí en particular me relaja, ir a la playa donde nadie tenga señal de teléfono es lo mejor por qué nadie está pendiente de nada solo de compartir en familia y disfrutar de los hermosos paisajes de la playa.

The beach has something special that relaxes everyone quite a bit, well it relaxes me in particular, going to the beach where no one has a phone signal is the best because no one is worried about anything just sharing with the family and enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the beach.

Ver películas o series/ Watch movies or series.

Es el simple hecho de acostarme agarrar mi teléfono abrir Netflix y colocar una serie que estoy viendo que se llama Rosario tijeras es una de las mejores que he visto en mi vida todos los días cuando llegó de trabajar para reposar un rato pongo la serie, es otra de las mejores forma para relajarme.

It's the simple fact of going to bed, grabbing my phone, opening Netflix and putting on a series that I'm watching called Rosario Scissors, it's one of the best I've ever seen in my life. Every day when I get home from work to rest for a while, I put on the series, it's another of the best way to relax.

Ver tik tok/ See tik tok.

Cuando tengo tiempo libre me pongo a ver tik tok y hacerlo para distraerme un rato y relajar la mente, como dice un amigo que se llama @ejmh “ver tik tok es perder el tiempo" son palabras de mi amigo y las respeto muchos.

When I have free time I start watching Tik Tok and doing it to distract myself for a while and relax my mind, as a friend called @ejmh says "watching Tik Tok is wasting time" are my friend's words and I respect them a lot.

Para culminar con mi post quiero leerte a ti, que haces para relajarte, cuando tienes tiempo libres, cuando te sientes cansada o atrapada en una situación que no puedes más, que piensas que el mundo se te viene abajo que hacen.

To conclude my post I want to read to you, what you do to relax, when you have free time, when you feel tired or trapped in a situation that you can't take anymore, what you think the world is collapsing on you, what do you do.

No todo en la vida es estudiar, trabajar también es tener nuestro espacio como persona salir, compartir contigo misma y hacer cosas locas que solo tú sepas que te hagan reír cada momento que te acuerdes.

Not everything in life is studying, working is also having our space as a person, going out, sharing with yourself and doing crazy things that only you know that make you laugh every moment you remember.
