Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. Hoy toco otras de mis recetas para el almuerzo simples para hacer en casa y se trata de pasta Alfredo de pollo frito, una receta deliciosa que no se arrepentirán de hacerla.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Pollo/ Chicken
• Espagueti/ Spaghetti
• 1 taza de leche liquida/ 1 cup of liquid milk
• Queso/ Cheese
• 2 cdas de harina de trigo/ 2 tablespoons wheat flour
• Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
• Ajo/ Garlic
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar le daremos sabor a los muslos de pollo con un toque de pimienta negra y sal al gusto.
Le damos color también con salsa de soya.

To start we will flavor the chicken thighs with a touch of black pepper and salt to taste.

Luego pondremos a freír el pollo en un sarten con suficiente aceite hasta que estén fritos y dorados.

Ya sacado el pollo listo en el mismo sarten pondremos hacer la mezcla a fuego lento iremos incorporando la leche liquida, ajo picado y mientras mezclamos le colocaremos la harina de trigo para que vaya espesando la mezcla.

Luego le iremos agregando una cda de pimienta negra y queso rayado (pueden utilizar cualquier queso de preferencia).

Para terminar, notemos que la mezcla se ponga medio espesa le incorporamos espagueti, revolviendo bien y el pollo frito encima. A almorzar¡
