MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Muslos de pollo/ Chicken thighs
• Cebolla/ Onion
• Zanahoria/ Carrot
• Brócoli/ Broccoli
• Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
• Ajo/ Garlic
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, prepararemos los muslos de pollo dándoles sabor con pimienta negra y sal al gusto.

To begin, prepare the chicken thighs by flavoring them with black pepper and salt to taste.

Por otro lado cocinaremos los vegetales donde en un sarten con un poco de aceite iremos friendo el ajo con cebolla en tiras hasta que estén un poco cocinadas.

Luego seguimos agregando las zanahorias circulares y vainitas.

Terminando colocaremos los trozos de brócoli.
Tapamos y dejamos cocinar varios minutos hasta que poco a poco se vayan ablandando los vegetales.

Mientras se va cocinando los vegetales, por fin agregaremos los muslos de pollo para se vayan cocinando juntos.

Para terminar, mientras se va cocinando los vegetales con el pollo le daremos color con salsa de soya.
Tapamos y dejando cocinar hasta que los vegetales estén blando (podemos echarle 1 taza de agua para que puedan cocinarse mejor) y el pollo en su punto. A almorzar¡

To finish, while the vegetables are cooking with the chicken, we will color it with soy sauce.
