Cortos animados de amor sin diálogos [ESP] - Animated love short films without dialogues [ENG]
Yo soy venezolana y sinceramente no sé cómo hacen mis conciudadanos para ver películas online en forma rápida. He pasado dos días sin conexión y luego llegó extremadamente lenta.
Para mí, ver una película online significa esperar unos 4 o 5 días.
Antes yo podía ver unas 5 películas semanales porque los cine funcionaban bien y porque el cineclub de la universidad funcionaba. Así que, desde mi corazón felicito a todos los que pueden estar al día con las películas.
Dicho esto, me animo a presentar en la Comunidad Movies & TV Shows 3 cortometrajes que encontré en estos días y que me parecen fabulosos.
Hello hivefriends, movie lovers.
I am Venezuelan and I honestly don't know how my fellow citizens do to watch movies online fast. I have spent two days without connection and then it came extremely slow.
For me, watching a movie online means waiting 4 or 5 days.
I used to be able to watch about 5 movies a week because the movie theaters worked well and because the university film club worked. So, from the bottom of my heart I congratulate everyone who can keep up with movies.
Having said that, I am encouraged to present in the Movies & TV Shows Community 3 short films that I found these days, and that I think are fabulous.

Estuve investigando los avances del cine animado en cortometrajes. Estos filmes son para un público adulto y tienen varias peculiaridades.
Lo primero es la animación en 3D. El trabajo realizado por estos cortometrajistas es de excelencia en cuanto a animación se refiere.
Lo segundo es que son filmes sin palabras, es decir, no tienen diálogos. Para mí esto es fascinante porque el corto se debe entender en cualquier parte del mundo.
Obviamente, yo suelo hacer siempre el hincapié de los referentes. Los referentes es lo que debemos conocer cultural o artísticamente.
No obstante, pienso que estos filmes no necesitan de eso. Solo hay que verlos, disfrutarlos y dejar nuestra opinión.
Lo tercero es que escogí cortometrajes vinculados al amor. Este es un tema que me apasiona en la cinematografía porque el amor ha sido visto desde todos los ángulos posibles, y la realización de estos filmes no sorprende pero sí emocionan.
Podemos hacer nuevas lecturas como espectadores porque tal como dije yo en alguna ocasión, el film nace y renace con un nuevo espectador, parafraseando al Maestro Federico Fellini.
I was researching the progress of animated films in short films. These films are for an adult audience, and have several peculiarities.
The first thing is the 3D animation. The work done by these short filmmakers is of excellence as far as animation is concerned.
The second thing is that they are wordless films, that is, they have no dialogues. For me this is fascinating because the short film should be understood anywhere in the world.
Obviously, I always emphasize the references. The referents are what we should know culturally or artistically.
But, I think that these films don't need that. You just have to watch them, enjoy them and leave your opinion.
The third thing is that I chose short films related to love. This is a subject that I am passionate about in cinematography because love has been seen from all possible angles, and the making of these films does not surprise but they do excite.
We can make new readings as spectators because, as I once said, the film is born and reborn with a new spectator, paraphrasing the Master Federico Fellini.
1. El concededor de deseos - The wishgranter (4:48 min)

El amor puede ser visto como llamas en el pecho. Existen personas que no te aman y las llamas se extinguen. Existen personas que aparecen, por casualidad, y las llamas vuelven a encenderse en el pecho y aunque trates de apagarlas están allí para delatarte.
A veces, hay que seguir el impulso de esas llamas lanzándote al vacío porque es posible que tú amada(o) también sienta algo por ti.
El corto fue realizado por Ashley Anderson y Jacob Mann. Data del año 2017. La Música estuvo a cargo de Corey Wallace y el Diseño de sonido por Fab Music, INC.

Synopsis:
Love can be seen as flames in the chest. There are people who don't love you and the flames are extinguished. There are people who appear, by chance, and the flames reignite in your chest and even if you try to extinguish them they are there to give you away.
Sometimes, you have to follow the impulse of those flames by throwing yourself into the void because it is possible that your loved one also has feelings for you.
The short film was made by Ashley Anderson and Jacob Mann. It dates back to 2017. Music was by Corey Wallace and Sound Design by Fab Music, INC.
Production was at Ringling College of Art + Design.
Análisis - Analysis
Espero que al llegar a este punto hayan visto los tres cortometrajes o al menos uno.
Los cortometrajes indiscutiblemente tienen un guion; una idea que fue desarrollada con planteamiento, desenvolvimiento y final. Incluso se pueden observar dos arcos dramáticos.
Estos filmes me encantan porque se regresa a la idea inicial del cine, es decir habla con imágenes. Existen escenas y planos para presentar el corto. En esta oportunidad, no los personajes son animados y no actores.
En el punto de los personajes también se observa que fueron bien elaborados. Tienen perfiles psicológicos y fisionómicos.
Personalmente, me encantó el personaje del “concededor de deseos”. Su apariencia de apatía al principio y su responsabilidad en el trabajo que ejecuta.
En ese mismo corto, la figura risueña del joven pienso que estuvo bien caracterizada. Y el hombre que vuelve millonario en monedas que apenas lanza una moneda a la caja vacía del concededor de deseos nos da una idea de su avaricia.
En los otros cortos, las tímidas figuras masculinas tanto del niño como del hombre, a mi parecer quedaron bien logradas.
En cuanto a los aspectos técnicos, todos los cortometrajes que muestro en esta publicación fueron realizados en forma lineal. Siempre avanzan hacia adelante.
No existe ningún planteamiento en cuanto a la edición precisamente por tratarse de historias lineales. Pero hay mucho enriquecimiento con el distinto uso de planos. Planos abiertos para mostrar los lugares (para ubicarnos espacialmente) y planos cerrados para mostrar sentimientos y emociones.
Igualmente, la música o ambientación del sonido está magnífica. Si se presta atención se oye hasta el sonido de la brisa, del roce de cabello y de un corazón roto.
Espero que hayan disfrutado, al igual que yo lo hice, de esta escuela de arte y diseño de audiovisuales.

I hope by this point you have seen all three short films or at least one.
The short films undeniably have a script; an idea that was developed with a beginning, middle and end. You can even see two dramatic arcs.
I love these films because they go back to the initial idea of cinema, that is, talking with images. There are scenes and shots to present the short film. This time, the characters are animated, and not actors.
In the point of the characters it's also observed that they were well elaborated. They have psychological, and physiognomic profiles.
Personally, I loved the character of the "wishgranter". His appearance of apathy at the beginning and his responsibility in the work he executes.
In that same short, the laughing figure of the young man I thought was well characterized. And the man who becomes a millionaire in coins who barely tosses a coin into the wish granter's empty box gives us an idea of his greed.
In the other shorts, the shy male figures of both the boy and the man, I thought, were well done.
As for the technical aspects, all the short films I show in this publication were made in a linear fashion. They always move forward.
There is no editing approach precisely because they are linear stories. But there is a lot of enrichment with the different use of shots. Open shots to show the places (to locate us spatially) and closed shots to show feelings and emotions.
Likewise, the music or sound ambience is magnificent. If you pay attention you can even hear the sound of the breeze, the brush of hair, and a broken heart.
I hope you enjoyed, as I did, this school of audiovisual art and design.

Hola Marcy. Cuando tengo luz e internet, acostumbro descargar algunas películas de Netflix en la laptop, para que las noches en que, sin aviso y sin protesto, suspenden el fluído eléctrico, no se hagan interminables.
Por otra parte, excelente selección de cortometrajes, no soy conocedor del tema, pero me resultaron muy interesantes.
