Desde el amor; una persona auténtica, es fiel a sus principios y valores, es honesto consigo mismo y con los demás; sus convicciones están fundamentadas en el respeto.

      Una persona optimista es positiva, cree en si misma y siempre va de frente dando la cara, no da excusas para evadir algún compromiso ni huye a sus responsabilidades, es alegre y feliz. El optimista es capaz de superar los obstáculos y ser exitoso ante las vicisitudes de la vida. Sin dudas; el optimista ve oportunidades dónde otros ven problemas.

      La autenticidad va de la mano con el optimismo, ambos conceptos son compatibles. Un ser humano auténtico no se niega, se afirma; es real y seguro de si mismo, no es pesimista porque dejaría de ser genuino. Su manera de actuar está en sintonía con sus pensamientos, no es hipócrita.

      Hace uno años escribí que si los seres humanos tuviéramos siempre pensamientos positivos y actúaramos apegados a esos pensamientos los resultados serían agradables, pero si; por el contrario, pensamos cosas buenas pero no actuamos bien, nuestra manera de actuar destruirá la bondad de nuestro raciocinio; de la misma manera ocurre con los que piensan mal y actúan bien, siendo que es la actitud del hipócrita, por más que actúe correctamente, de alguna manera se reflejará su situación interna.

      Así pues, una persona auténtica desde el amor, tiene templanza, es prudente, posee fortaleza espiritual, es optimista, piensa y actúa de manera correcta, fundamentado en la bondad, la honestidad, la justicia, la libertad y la paz.

From love; an authentic person is faithful to his principles and values, he is honest with himself and with others; his convictions are based on respect.

      An optimistic person is positive, believes in himself and always faces the challenge head on, does not give excuses to avoid a commitment or run away from his responsibilities, is cheerful and happy. The optimist is able to overcome obstacles and be successful in the face of life's vicissitudes. Without a doubt, the optimist sees opportunities where others see problems.

      Authenticity goes hand in hand with optimism, both concepts are compatible. An authentic human being does not deny himself, he affirms himself; he is real and sure of himself, he is not pessimistic because that would stop him from being genuine. His way of acting is in tune with his thoughts, he is not hypocritical.

      A few years ago I wrote that if human beings always had positive thoughts and acted according to those thoughts, the results would be pleasant, but if, on the contrary, we think good things but do not act well, our way of acting will destroy the goodness of our reasoning; the same happens with those who think badly and act well, being that it is the attitude of the hypocrite, no matter how much he acts correctly, in some way his internal situation will be reflected.

      Thus, an authentic person from love, has temperance, is prudent, possesses spiritual strength, is optimistic, thinks and acts correctly, based on kindness, honesty, justice, freedom and peace.
