Hola amigos y amigas de #HIVE y #SWC espero se encuentre bien, el siguiente post es un videoblog donde les muestro otro día de entrenamiento, esta vez con mis compañeros de @sparthanbrothers de LA JAULA Madre María, Maracay, en esta ocasión realizando una rutina de abdomen en las recientemente restauradas barras de la Fundación Mendoza FUNDABARS, damos agradecimiento a la plataforma #HIVE y a la Street Workout Comunity #SWC por hacer posible la restauración de dichas barras, ya que mis compañeros y mi persona hacemos uso de estas barras desde hace años y habíamos notado el deterior por el tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento, en ese sentido vuelvo a agradecer la obra.

Hello friends and friends of #HIVE and #SWC I hope you are well, the following post is a videoblog where I show you another day of training, this time with my colleagues of @sparthanbrothers of LA JAULA Madre María, Maracay, this time performing a routine of abdomen in the recently restored bars of the Fundación Mendoza FUNDABARS, we thank the #HIVE platform and the Street Workout Community #SWC for making possible the restoration of these bars, as my colleagues and I have been using these bars for years and we had noticed the deterioration due to time and lack of maintenance, in that sense I thank again the work.

Recomiendo ejecutar bien los ejercicios, Yo particularmente cada vez que inicio con un nuevo ejercicio me enfoco en trabajarlos bien, así realice pocas repeticiones, ya que como es bien sabido lo importante es realizarlas bien, mejor calidad que cantidad. (Los descansos entre sets serán máximo de 2 minuto para todos los ejercicios).

I recommend to execute the exercises well, I particularly focus on working them well every time I start with a new exercise, even if I do few repetitions, because as it is well known the important thing is to perform them well, better quality than quantity. (The breaks between sets will be a maximum of 2 minutes for all exercises).

Está es mi más reciente rutina de abdomen, la cual he venido Armando con respecto a lo que me quiero enfocar en este comienzo de año, debo mencionar que he mejorado bastante mi fortaleza abdominal, y cada vez trato de mejor aun más y eso forma parte de mi mentalidad al entrenar, el llegar a dominar tu cuerpo y mente ante cada reto que te propongas.

This is my latest abdominal routine, which I have been putting together with respect to what I want to focus on at the beginning of the year, I should mention that I have improved my abdominal strength, and every time I try to improve even more and that is part of my mentality when training, to master your body and mind to every challenge you set yourself.
