Hola a todos, estoy complacida hoy por mostrar en esta linda comunidad mi maquillaje inspirado en el personaje del título, como amante de las creaciones de Tim Burton me emocioné al saber que se estrenó una segunda película de Beetlejuice, de niña amaba demasiado ver esos personajes retorcidos cobrando vida en un universo oscuro pero interesante, la película de Beetlejuice me hace pensar en mi infancia y en casas embrujadas, siempre he amado las pelis de terror y de criaturas del más allá, cuando vi la primera vez la película era una pequeña, dado a eso poco entendí el ritmo de la misma, pero sí que me intereso su humor y la estética de sus personajes. En fin, vayamos con el maquillaje que esa es materia de este blog.

Hey everyone, I am pleased today to show in this nice community my makeup inspired by the title character, as a lover of Tim Burton's creations I was thrilled to know that a second Beetlejuice movie was released, as a child I loved too much to see those twisted characters coming to life in a dark but interesting universe, Beetlejuice movie makes me think about my childhood and haunted houses, I have always loved horror movies and creatures from beyond, when I saw the first time the movie I was a little girl, because of that I didn't understand the rhythm of the movie, but I was interested in its humor and the aesthetics of its characters. Anyway, let's go with the makeup that is the subject of this blog.

Paso a paso:
Step by step:

1. Apliqué corrector color naranja suave en las zonas grises y manchas de mi rostro, luego apliqué un corrector claro por encima, con una esponja húmeda agregué la base 02 al rostro.

1. I applied soft orange concealer on the gray areas and blemishes on my face, then applied a light concealer on top, with a damp sponge I added the 02 foundation to the face.

1. Para las cejas usé lápiz negro las definí con dos líneas, en la base de la ceja y por encima, agregué sombra negra en principio de las mismas y la difuminé, usé corrector alrededor para definir la forma.

1. For the eyebrows I used black pencil and defined them with two lines, at the base of the eyebrow and above, I added black shadow at the beginning of the eyebrows and blended it, I used concealer around them to define the shape.

1. Beetlejuice tiene ojos ahumados profundos, sus ojos parecen cuencas suspendidas en el vacío, quise hacer una especie de ojo ahumado más estilizado, usé lápiz negro haciendo una línea en el extremo del ojo tratándose de un delineado, también pinté el párpado inferior y en principio del párpado móvil con este lápiz, usé un pincel para aplicar la sombra morada y lo fui difuminando en la cuenca, apliqué sombra negra en parte del párpado pintado previamente con lápiz negro, luego usé un pincel de difuminar para suavizar el borde del acabado de la sombra morada, apliqué sombra brillosa morada en el párpado inferior y en medio del párpado móvil, después, delineé mi línea de agua con lápiz negro, y sume a la mirada un poco de volumen aplicando máscara de pestañas.

1. Beetlejuice has deep smoky eyes, his eyes look like sockets suspended in the void, I wanted to make a kind of smoky eye more stylized, I used black pencil making a line at the end of the eye being an eyeliner, I also painted the lower eyelid and at the beginning of the mobile eyelid with this pencil, I used a brush to apply the purple shadow and I was blending it in the socket, I applied black shadow on part of the eyelid previously painted with black pencil, then I used a blending brush to soften the edge of the purple shadow finish, I applied purple shimmer shadow on the lower eyelid and in the middle of the mobile eyelid, then, I outlined my waterline with black pencil, and added a little volume to the look by applying mascara.

Beetlejuice tiene una estética algo repulsiva, es pálido como un cadáver y lleno de verde como si de musgo se tratara su cabello, así que tomé sombra verde llamativa y apliqué en frente, pómulos y otras partes del rostro añadiendo detalles. También apliqué un contorno de nariz suave con una brocha y sombra marrón clara, dejando la punta de la nariz resaltada por sombra blanca.

1. Beetlejuice has a somewhat repulsive aesthetic, he is as pale as a corpse and his hair is full of mossy green, so I took a bold green shadow and applied it on the forehead, cheekbones and other parts of the face adding details. I also applied a soft nose contour with a brush and light brown shadow, leaving the tip of the nose highlighted by white shadow.

1. Hice los labios delineando su contorno con lápiz negro y rellenando con labial negro, luego apliqué pinceladas de sombra verde.

1. I did the lips by outlining their contour with black pencil and filling in with black lipstick, then applied brush strokes of green shadow.

1. Apliqué polvo compacto claro sobre mi rostro y cuello.

1. I applied light pressed powder on my face and neck.
