Nice Looking Building With Good Design
A new month for a new beginning for May, well-designed discoveries have become my priority. From my workplace yesterday, I took a walk to one of the most beautiful houses in Imo State Nigeria. The house is located in Owerri the capital of Imo State Nigeria.
The house is about two double bedroom flats and it is for rent. The house is so beautiful with the amazing designs the architects were able to put in place when building or handling the project. The front angle design of the building is as wonderful as people within the environment keep praising.
One funny thing about this building is that because its equipped design within the inside and outside the house by the Architects has made the cost of the rent high by making the tenants of the house pay over $870 per two bedroom flats.
It is better to make your house look very good with its designs and every other thing that may be comprising it because that will determine the long-lasting period and also how you can make your money back from the rent from time to time.
In Nigeria, we love a good environment not minding that we don't have enough money to go with them for that reason, I encourage Architects to consider space, in their designs, especially in Nigeria.
If you look at this house very well, the color of the painting matches every design of the house at least from the roof, front wall tiles, pillar designs, and even the fence. This means that Architects must put the consideration for color match of every building they are working on because it will bring out the real design of the house.
I noticed that the painting of this house was done with oil paint which is the most expensive and lasting paint in Nigeria, for now, because the cost of purchase from the foreign markets is very high. Using this kind of paint for this house makes the house free from dust especially during the dry season because the walls of the house can be watched with soap and water.
Using wall tiles for this house is also applause for the house thereby making it more expensive for the tenants and even ranking the house within the locality of the environment. The wall tiles are well fixed and are a good match for the paint in addition.
One of the reasons why wall tiles are very colorful and attractive is because of their design and shining. Wall tiles are expensive but also help to protect a house from having a wall crack in an early period of usage. With the help of wall tiles backed in this house, the owner will not be spending much money on painting maintenance.
Looking at this house, the architects did a very nice job when designing because the fence of the house is a bit distanced from the main house which will help the tenants of the house to have enough car space parks within the compound of the house.
The space will also help the tenant children as it may turn and support them as a playground. Currently, in Nigeria, the cost of purchasing building materials across the country is becoming too hard and expensive which I encourage proper handling of materials when a building project is going on.
