sleeping (not in your hands ) 😴

Hello to you my friend whoever is reading this post, I hope you're doing good in your life, if today is anything good is not happing in your life tomorrow will be the best in your life.

When we are supposed to sleep, that time we didn't sleep. This happens with me a lot of time. Today is Sunday here and my plans were simple I will sleep for late but oops I did woke up early totally more than the usual day I used to woke up.
maybe I miss the post last night that's why I woke up early lol, (my mind is really behave award ) xd:

Maybe I will sleep in the noon maybee ....
can't say if my friends will call me I will be out for sure, i can't say them no.It is hard for me to say the words "NO".
For me this took me so much courage to say no to my friends, is this normal. I do think they will feel bad if I will say no to them will they not sure. I will try to say no next time lets see what will happen.
