Dealing with toxic environment at work place

If you are working I can you can show feel how toxic the environment is these days it is really hard to handle things all the time. And it is really hard to make happy everyone at the same time maybe you will decide to do something someone will like it but someone will always dislike it there are always consequences. This is the life we have to deal with don't try to make happy everyone because that is not possible for everyone here some of us do manage to do that but for that, we have to sacrifice ourselves in many ways. I have been in the corporate world for almost 2 years and I do feel the environment is very toxic sometimes it is hard to handle things farming so taking a break for a few days helps a lot.

Sometimes you have to work on your project and others are waiting for your help that makes the situation worse for you because you have to deal with yourself first and then with others' work but some of us do the opposite of it they privatize others rather than their work and for this, they have to pay price in many ways. Hastings on hot according to us all the time but some things can be done which is very helpful for us which can help us in many ways.

First I would like you to take a better sleep because it has a lot maybe you are stressed with your work but if you get a good sleep then things will get easier for you. Maybe you didn't get time for money or exercise things I try to meditate for a few minutes at least five that is going to help a lot yes you will not see any difference in the early days but slowly you will see the small steps will help you a lot in long term. Things look like a big mountain at the beginning but as be start of a journey things look smaller and smaller day by day. So if you want to start something just take your first step and things will go with you and you don't need to realize how far you have managed to come.
So, at last, I would like to say that life is not easy for everyone but we can make it easy for ourselves we are the only ones responsible for what is going on in our life so that is up to you what you want to do.
