This mysterious monster is the best defensive card for large mana matches?

I hope all of you are preparing well and playing with your best right now as only 1 day and 8 hours left for this current splinterlands season to end. With the recent new update, splinterlands players are now getting merits points also from daily focus chests which will help us to buy and make a good gladius cards for brawls. In it’s recent town hall post, the team has also announced that DEC rewards in ranked play will soon to be converted with SPS and in near future, brawl players will also be rewarded with SPS rewards. So, finally splinterlands is going to incentivise it’s brawl section and I am very happy with this decision and cant wait to see it happen.

Now, let us first take a quick look at the current crypto market to update ourselves. The main market dominator BTC is currently being sold for 23,818”$ with a massive +7.9% pump within last 7 days. Now, let me move forward and come to my main theme of this post as today, I will be showcasing another amazing monster, Cornealus with you all. If you are playing splinterlands for quite some time no doubt you are well known with this card and mostly have seen or using it at a big defence in big mana limit matches. This card’s Reliability doesn't need any proof, because with with so many defensive abilities and high stats, this monster will always remain as your favourite defensive card in that reach position.

It is a Legendary edition monster that got released with the Untamed edition back in time. It belongs to the Neutral section and it needs 10 mana to join any battle. It has 2 ranged attack at 3 speed and with 12 health along with Heal ability on the beginning stage. This monster equips a total of 4 abilities that make this monster a Defensive one.

BRONZE - It's Legendary monster so that it's bronze period starts from level 1. In this level, this monster has 2 Ranged attack at 3 speed and 12 health along with Heal ability.

SILVER - On the 2nd level, this monster increases its Ranged power from 2 to 3 and 3 speed and 12 health along with another ability which is Thorns.

GOLD - On the 3rd Level, this monster increases another ability which is Return fire along with 3 ranged attack at 3 speed with 12 health.

CHAMPION - On the 4th/maximum level increase in 4 ranged attack at 3 speed with 12 health along with 4 abilities which are Magic Reflect, Return Fire, Thorns and Heal ability.

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT CORNALUS

• It's a pretty big mana cost monster so you can use it in medium and big mana battle.

• It's a Great Defensive monster that has 4 abilities including return fire, Thorns and Magic Reflect which brings return damages towards attackers.

• It's high health along with the Heal ability will help him to stay alive for long time in battlefield.

• Lastly, it's high range attack at decent speed will bring harm onto enemy front monster, it's not the fastest one, but 4 range attack can not be overlooked.

On the second position I placed this Defensive and my main monster. I have already talked in detail about this monster at above so let's move on.

On the third position I placed this 5 mana cap ranged monster. This monster has 4 ranged attack at 5 speed with 5 health along with 2 abilities.

On the fourth position I placed this Ranged monster which needs 2 mana to join any battle. It possesses 2 ranged attack at 4 speed with 6 health along with 2 abilities.

On the Fifth position, I placed this Ranged monster and needs 6 mana to join any battle. This monster has 4 ranged attack at 5 speed with 7 health along with 2 abilities.

On the last position, I placed this spider monster and this monster has 2 ranged attack at 4 speed with 6 health along with 3 abilities.

ROUND 1

On this round after got the all abilities and disabilities Opponent's last position dragon damaged my both Living Lava and cornealus return fired towards opponent dragon. After that opponent's void dragon and Dragon Jumper damaged my Living Lava. After that opponent melee monster towards my Gem Meteor monster. After that opponent's magic monster destroyed my Living Lava. After that opponent's second position monster towards my living lava and got damaged by thorns both time. After that my Mantoid Damaged towards my opponent magic monster and dragon jumper also. After that my Tower Griffin damaged opponent's Void dragon and robot dragon also. After that my Spider destroyed towards opponent's magic and melee Monsters. Cornealus damaged towards my Opponent's Void Dragon and Robot dragon also. But my Living Lava missed while damaged towards Void dragon.

On the round 2 after got the all abilities and disabilities Opponent's Void Dragon restore a portion of health. After that opponent's Lightning Dragon towards my Living Lava and also Stunt and my cornealus and also got damaged from return fire. After that Dragon Jumper destroyed my living lava and also destroyed by thorns ability. After that my Gem Meteor destroyed opponent's Lightning Dragon also destroyed Carnage Titan's Shield. After that my Mantoid destroyed opponent's Void Dragon. After that opponent's only Monster Carnage Titan damaged My cornealus twice and got damaged by thorns. After that my both ranged monster destroyed enemy only monster Carnage Titan.

I hope you enjoyed the battle above as it was a spectacular match of Legendary summoners Zaku Vs. Kitty. The opponent made a die hard strong team line-up against me but ultimately, I won the match with my warrior monsters and scored another ranked victory.
