Splinterlands | This Ranged monster performs double attack
What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are enjoying the day with your loved ones and also playing this mind-puzzling NFT card game in your daily free time. If we look at the current ranked season, we have already come near the end and at this moment, only 3 days left for this ongoing season to end. So if you have not reached your seasonal goal yet, I would recommend working on that as soon as possible because in these last 3 days, all the OG players from around the world will become super active and real players know how hard it is to win against their card collection and experience. Talking about myself, my goal was to reach the Champion League just like every other season and gladly, I have somehow achieved that today. Yes, after a lot of fighting, I finally have reached the Champion III tier and currently sitting with exactly 3,700 trophies. I have also claimed the league tier reward chests today after reaching champion III and got myself some merits, potions and energies along with some good reward cards. Now that I have reached my goal, I will just keep playing to utilize my energy bar and let’s see if I can manage to win some SPS and Glint points.
Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post as today, I will be focusing the light on another Amazing Rebellion card. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be talking about Delya, a mystical lady archer whose double attack is just unmatchable. So if you are interested, let’s take a dive without any further ado.
Delya
Delya is a monster type card that falls under the Rebellion edition card set but this one is special because it is a rare promo edition card and also a costly one to acquire. This monster belongs to the neutral element, so you can easily choose this card while selecting any of the elements if allowed by the match ruleset. This monster costs a whooping 9 mana to be used in battles, so you can use this card when playing medium to high mana limit matches. Its attack type is Ranged and it is a Legendary type card, so you would need a total of 11 BCXs of cards to be upgraded to max level. Apart from a good ranged attack, speed and decent health, it also comes with 4 awesome abilities at max level which I am about to talk about later in this post. Now, let us take a further look into its league wise stats and abilities below to find out more about this card.
BRONZE
At level 1, this card only possesses 2 ranged attack at 5 speed with 6 health and also gets the Double Strike ability since its initial level. With this ability, it can attack 2 times back to back every time its turn comes. So though it has only 2 attack powers, it will actually deal 2+2 damage.
SILVER
As this monster reaches level 2, it receives an increased 3 ranged attack power at 5 speed with 6 health and also gets the Evade ability. So with this new ability, it has no more chance to dodge an incoming enemy melee or ranged attack.
GOLD
Upon reaching the next level 3, this monster gets the same 3 ranged attack power at 5 speed with 6 health but it receives another new ability called Reflection Shield. With this ability, it can now neutralize any damage coming from Blast, Thorns, Return Fire or Magic Reflect. So now you can use this monster against Return fire monsters or rulesets without taking any stress.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when you upgrade this monster to its max level 4, its ranged attack power gets increased to 4 along with the same 5 speed and 6 health. But at its max level also, it gets another ability called Backfire. With the help of this newly added ability, whenever an enemy card misses its attack upon this card, that card receives 2 melee damage in return. So, if you can use this card strategically leveraging its evade + backfire ability, you can bring more damage to enemy cards without even attacking.

BATTLE STAT
This time I got a large 59 mana limit match where only 2 elements - Water and Death were allowed in this match. There were also 3 rulesets applied in this match - Reverse Speed (monsters with the lowest speed will attack first and so on), Only Ranged (only ranged monsters can be used in this match) and Opportunity (all monsters will get the opportunity ability). Now after looking at all these rules and limitations, I decided to go with strong archers and divert all opponent attacks to a taunt monster. So I started building my lineup accordingly and for this match, I used the Legendary Water summoner Prophet Rosa and at the front position of my lineup, I selected the Drybone Raider followed by Rune Crafter, Sea Stalker, Swamp Spitter, Delya and the Wave Brood at the last position.
When both the lineups got revealed, I found out that my opponent had used the Legendary Water summoner Possibilus the Wise and at his front position, he chose the Wave Brood followed by Drybone Raider, Endura Brune, Swamp Spitter, Gobson Bomber and Sea Stalker at the end position of his lineup. Anyway, as the battle began, I gave the +2 range attack to Sea Stalker and Delya.
In this match, Delya performed exceptionally well and helped me to kill down the enemy cards easily. In the first round, my Swamp Spitter killed down the enemy Brood, followed by my Delya who attacked the enemy Swamp Spitter and with its dual attack, it killed it down smoothly. In the second round it again attacked and killed down the Drybone Raider and also wounded Endura Brune. Then at 3rd round, my Rune Crafter killed the Endura Brune and then my Sea stalker killed down the Gobson Bomber. The only monster left on the opponent side was the Sea Stalker and my Delya took care of it by taking it down and thus, I won another awesome match.
I hope you loved watching my battle that I shared above and also liked reading my battle post. Do you also like this monster or prefer other monsters over it? Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.
I wish you all good luck with all of your future Splinterlands matches.
