Splinterlands just made my Day with 500$ + Season rewards

What’s up my fellow Splinternerds!

I wish you all a great day ahead and hope by now, most of have have opened your Splinterlands season reward chests by now. Well, we passed another season together and this current seems to stay longer with a 16 days and 20 hours time frame. So, we will have more time to reach our goal spots this time. Anyways, before I jump into my season report card, let us first look into my season rewards at below!

I got a total of 45 season chests this time and just hours before the season end time, I stopped playing anymore with just 31% ECR left as I had finally got into the Champ tier by securing 3702 trophies. I was hopeful that being in Champ, I will pull out at least one or 2 good rewards, maybe some good gold foil and legendary cards or a good chunk of SPS. But as the season ended and I finally got the claim notification after refreshing the tab, I claimed and used the open all button to open those reward chests automatically.

My eyes got paused and my brain got a chilling vibe, my hearts certainly started pumping faster and it’s like I got a little adrenaline rush within me in spite of me just sitting lazy. It was damn 4 digit number that starts with 5 and even before I read the whole number, I knew I got a jackpot this time. The joy even got bigger when I pulled and 1000+ and some hundreds from some more Chests making it a total of 7435 SPS just from today’s season chests! OMG… cant express my feeling after earning more than 500$ just from playing a game.

Ok 😅 so without being more cringe about it, let me move on with my season report card and analyse how I performed this season.

So as you can see from above, I finished the season with 183th rank and I was just having 3702 trophies which is like the entry point of the Champ tier. So, there are not many people that even reached into Champions, probably because of the insane level competition. However, my overall win to lose ratio is just 0.99 (with 238 wins and 240 losses) so I have to work upon that. Needless to say that especially when you trying to focus on daily focus points and try to use more monsters that favours the focus ruleset, you also may not actually choose the best lineup for that scenario which can cost you a match. But this season, I was trying to collect 8-12 chests every day and I think I got successful most of the days, but it costed my overall win to lose ratio and potentially less chests from season rewards.

Now, let us look at the cards that I bagged this season from reward chests. As the report card says, I got total 60 standard and 3 gold foil reward cards from this season. Among those 60 standard cards, I got 43 commons, 11 rares, 4 epics and 2 legendary cards while from gold foil section, I got 2 common golds and 1 epic gold from this season. The total burn value of my reward cards is 4,585 DEC (Standard -1835, Gold - 2750). I also got total 7711.94 SPS (including both dailies and season), 485 merit points, 392 legendary and 400 alchemy potions and 4 chaos packs. At the current rate of 0.064$ per SPS, I received almost 493.56$ just from the SPS from reward chests alone.

This huge addition to my SPS stake certainly made me more powerful with a current count of 53,882.5 SPS which currently is valued at 3,444.35 USD no doubt that my daily Vouchers earnings will also increase a little bit from now on. I have a big life event coming soon as at January next year, I am going to get married. So this extra earning may also help me in future to fund my marriage ceremony. But in the other hand, the new lucrative Riftwatchers card set is also lurking in my dreams and asking me to buy them all out. 😂 I am pretty confused so if you have any suggestions..
