Purchased Vruz using monstermarket and got 3% cashback instantly

What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are doing well in your life and also enjoying the weekend with your family and friends. For us splinterlands players, this weekend is going to be awesome because we also have finished playing another ranked season which ended just last night. By now, I guess all of you have claimed your season rewards and already started playing for this season. For me, my performance was not so good for the last season and thou I was able to collect 105 season chests, I wouldn’t be able to secure a position within the top 3 in the Diamond leaderboard and only got successful to get the 9th position. As a reward, I got 30k DEC for securing the 9th place and also got decent rewards from the season chests. I also didn't get lucky enough to pull even 1 legendary card or any good foil cards, but I scored some chaos packs which soothes my pain away. Anyways, I think I was to a bit late to join the leaderboard war and by the time I started pushing my trophy count for the last time, the toppers were already ruling 4200+ trophies and if you are an old player, you must know the pain of one lose which costs you to lose about 32-36 trophies while winning one match only gives you 3 trophies. So even after winning 6-7 matches back to back, one loss was throwing me even more backward. I even used DEC 2 times to recharge total of 50 energies to play for more during the last 2 days but anyways, the luck wasn't really on my side this time, so I will just hope for a better outcome for this season and do my best to reach there.

Now, it has been a long time since I did any card shopping in Splinterlands. To be honest, I am re-staking all my SPS earnings and also the soul-bound cards are not sellable and not generating any earnings as well, so I am not really taking any profit from the game. On the other hand, I am also focusing on building my HP with a goal of 10k HP in mind, and while I have started the goal from 3500 HP. I am almost at 6000 hp and very happy about my progress. But while focusing on building HP and staked SPS, I am lacking liquid money in my hand and also neglected to buy any more cards for a long time now. I have a completed collection of chaos legion core set along with all the Airdrop summoner and monster cards and also bought almost all the Rift cards as well, but I am still lacking 2 promo cards Vruz and Zyriel and 4 cards from Riftwatchers.

I was eying on the Vruz cards for quite a time now as I really like this 2 Mana sneak card. From my post earnings, I was saving my HBD amounts and converting them to Hive to make a fund, enough to buy the card and make it max level. Finally, today, when I saw a level 9 Vruz (300 BCX) selling for just 80$, I finally decided to buy this amazing monster and add it to my playing collection. During the Vruz airdrop for SPS stakers, I scored around 55 Vruz cards and bought 5 more to upgrade it to level 5. But as I olay in diamond and need max cards to be competitive, a level 5 common card was no use to me so I decided to rent it out instead. But now that I had decided to buy and make a max level Vruz, I transferred the level 5 (60 bcx) Vruz into my playing account and also bought the rest 340 BCX from the splinterlands card market and then merged them all together to upgrade them into a max level. I bought the rest cards including one 300 bcx card for 80$ and the rest 40 as a single bcx for 0.334$ each. It cost me a total 93.36$ to buy all those cards which was equal to 114706.9 dec at the time of purchase. I used the monstermarket.io website as usual to make the purchase to receive the instant 3% cashback which I am about to talk about below.

Step 1

When you have enough dec or credits in your in-game account to buy one or more cards, first visit to monstermarket.io website and log in using your keychain.

Step 2

On the left side of the website, you can see the Filter buttons, just use them to filter out unnecessary cards and find the card you want to buy easily and within some seconds. You can also type the card name directly in the search bar above to find it even more quickly. Here I just used 2 filters monster and promo and the Vruz card was already visible. So I just clicked on the card.

Step 3

When you click on a particular card, it opens the market listing page for that particular card for you. In the list, you have to select the ones you like to purchase. Unlike the official page where we are limited to group buying only 40 cards at once, no such limits are here and you buy more within a single transaction. Here I have selected the one with 300 bcx and the rest 40 cards with 2 bcx. Step 4

At the shopping tab, you can clearly see all the cards that you have selected and at the lower portion, you can see the total item number, total BCX and total purchase value in USD on the left side while 2 separate buy buttons for credits and dec at the right side. Please note that you can also see your cash-back amount just below the buy button. For me, here I used the dec button and made the purchase instantly. Just wait about 30 seconds and then refresh your official game website and you can see the newly bought cards in there.

Step 5

After completing the transaction, just wait for a minute and refresh your hive-engine account and you can see your dec cashback in there already. For this purchase, I received a total of 3441.209 dec which is around 2.785$ value.

As you can see, Just for using this site I made some extra bucks while buying the same cards from the official page wouldn’t have given me anything.
