I reached 15,000 Hive Power 🤩❤️

Hello Readers,

I hope all of you are spending an awesome day with your loved ones and hustling well in your Crypto journey. Today, I have news to share which is very very exciting to me and as you have already guessed from the Title, I have just recently crossed a total of 15k Hive Power (HP) in my mango-juice account. This is a very big achievement for me as I grew on Hive organically from zero and thanks a million to all of you for supporting me in my journey and make it possible. Hive Power is more than just a token to me, it is my bread, butter and passion. So achieving something that you truly love really matters. So in this post, I will be talking a little but about my journey on Hive, how I came here and my future goals in Hive. So, if you are interested, please take a deep dive right in without further ado.

I have been active on the Hive blockchain since 2018 and back then it was called the Steemit platform, running in the Steemit blockchain which still exists. However, during the forking of the Hive blockchain out of the Steemit chain, I joined the Hive army and left Steemit because of Justin Sun’s evil and hostile takeover over the Steemit. Anyways, in my first days, I used to know nothing about writing articles or anything about crypto at all, but as I started roaming on Hive and spending time reading different posts about crypto, blockchain, the technology invented and currently used, decentralization etc., I become more Educated not only with crypto but all the other basic concepts of finance like saving and investing money, share market and trading, different money saving schemes on banks or on different financial sectors etc.

Another thing that kept me hooked with Hive Chain for years is obviously the Splinterlands game. This play2earn game launched only some Months after I joined Hive and just after its launch, I also started playing it and building my Account and also started writing posts about this topic, which increased my author earnings as well over time. I also joined and became an active member of different tribes and groups existing in the Hive chain like Inleo, Neoxian city, Bro community, Indiaunited, Bdcommunity etc. Over a long time of period, I kept writing posts on this chain starting with Photography posts followed by splinterlands and then other crypto related posts and look, where the journey has taken me today. I am glad to say I am spending a decent life over my Hive income and also building my wealth slowly in the form of Hive power, HBD and other Layer 2 tokens. My years long effort has shown some fruitful results finally, as I have crossed a total of 15,000 HP which will surely Increase both my curation rewards and probably some influence as well.

When I checked today, I found out that I have collected a total of 15,032.696 Hive Power after collecting today’s post rewards. I still remember that I used to power down my Hive income a lot to buy splinterlands cards or spend elsewhere. But over time, I understood my mistake and started building my Hive Power. I started the journey when I had only around 3.5k Hive Power, but I promised myself Not to Power Down at any cost no matter what happened. Since then I have been building my Hive power and in order to boost my Hive Power increase, I started changing my activity habit in the Hive chain and focused more on my earnings than I used to before. First of all, I focused on writing blog posts and though I didn't write posts on a daily basis, I tried to write whenever I had free time in my hand. Over time, I have improved myself a lot and nowadays, I rarely miss any days of posting and also try to bring quality and unique topics in my posts to entertain or bring knowledge to my readers.

Anyway, apart from author rewards, I also earn decent passive income from playing splinterlands and renting cards and SPS, layer-2 tokens and HBD interest which increases my overall monthly income even more. My goal is to meet where I don’t need to spend my HBD earnings for running life and if other passive incomes can do that for me. For now, my next goal is to reach 20k Hive power and let’s now see when I can reach my next milestone.
