I Reached 12K+ Leo Power in this LPUD

I hope all of you are having a fantastic day with your loved ones and. Being a crypto enthusiast and collector, I guess we all are having an exciting adventure in this ever-evolving world of crypto. As you are already a part of the Hive community, most probably you know about and are a user of the Inleo platform and bonded with its community. Then you already know the thrill and perks of being in this decentralized Web3 social media platform that’s redefining how we connect, create, and grow together online in our daily lives, not to mention with a chance to earn real money for our contributions. Today, I am very happy to share my recent milestone in this community, as I reached a total of 12,000 Leo Power just yesterday while participating in the December LPUD Event. So today, I will talk about my experience with Inleo and how I got here. So, if you are interested, let’s take a dive without any further ado.

What is Inleo?

First of all, there are many who are new in this Hive space, especially when Inleo, Splinterlands, and other projects are onboarding new users from web2 space daily and redefining the concept of crypto while giving them a chance to empower themselves. So for them, let me first explain a little about Inleo first. Inleo, once known as LeoFinance, is mainly a social media platform built on the Hive blockchain. When I first joined Inleo years earlier, it was a small community tribe on the Hive blockchain interacting mainly on Finance and Crypto related stuff, but since then, they have grown tremendously from its roots as a small finance-focused community on the Hive blockchain, as it has now emerged into a robust Web3-powered social media platform with global reach and unmatched advantages and perks over any other web2 social media. Think of it as the crypto version of Twitter or X, but with the added benefit of rewarding users for their valuable contributions in the form of Threads, Blogs, Shorts and comments.

On the Inleo platform, whether you are writing blog posts, creating shorts or simply engaging with threads, there is always an opportunity to earn Leo tokens based on the quality of your content and the level of engagement you maintain on this platform. In my thinking, what sets Inleo apart is its dynamic and vibrant community, as no one will feel alone on this platform and quickly make a conversation and chat topic of the evening making new friends along the way. It is an enigmatic Digital space where creators, curators, and enthusiasts come together to share knowledge, support each other, and grow collectively in the decentralized ecosystem.

My Early Days on Inleo

I first discovered this platform back in 2020 when it was still a niche finance community under the LeoFinance name. Back then, it was all about publishing posts related to finance, crypto, and economics and engaging in their Discord. But over time, the platform evolved exponentially, launching its own LEO token, which became one important pillar of the whole Hive economy. Users could stake their $LEO tokens to curate posts, comments and threads published on Inleo, earn rewards, and also support fellow creators.

Though, I began as a casual user on Inleo just reading and later posting crypto related posts, posting blogs, interacting with others, investing and staking small amounts of LEO. Gradually, my overall Leo balance grew, and gladly my Leo Power have reached another milestone today.

LPUD | A monthly Celebration of Growth

One of my favorite events on the Inleo platform is the Leo Power Up Day (LPUD). It is a particular day that happens 15th of every month and on this date, many Inleo users come together to stake some LEO tokens, increasing their influence and voting power on the platform. As a personal experience, participating in LPUD regularly has been a game-changer for me, helping me steadily build my Leo Power over time. I have participated in the last 10 LPUD events consecutively as you can see from the @hivebuzz data shared in the screenshot above. Sadly, I missed the first 2 months but then I promised myself not to miss even a single this year and looks like my dedication has been fruitful.

My Recent Milestone | 12K Leo Power

In the most recent December LPUD which took place just yesterday, I powered up another 150 LEO tokens. Before this, I had a total of 11,861 Leo Power, and with this power-up, I have officially crossed the 12,000 mark and now have 12,011+ Leo Power in my wallet! It might seem like a decent achievement to some, but for me, it is a huge step in my Leo journey.

Why building Leo Power matters

• Greater Voting Power - With more Leo Power, I can give stronger Leo Votes, thus more support to other creators on the platform and more curation rewards in the form of liquid Leo.

• Increased Influence - With high vote power and active contribution, it gets easier to get noticed, getting more engagement and support.

• Closer to My Goal - My ultimate target with $LEO is to reach 15K Leo Power, and this progress brings me one step closer to my main milestone.

Within Next year, I have decided to reach 15k Leo power before year end, let’s see if I can do it. To reach my goal, I have decided to focus on these things from now on.

• Threads - Short-form content like threads is an excellent way to earn more LEO while staying connected with the community. So I will try to spend more time on the platform.

• Exploring Shorts - With a new upgrade, the addition of short videos has been done on Inleo, now this is quite a new feature and people are rarely using it. I plan to create gaming content and share gameplay clips in the future, it could be a fun and creative way to engage with others and earn rewards.

• Saving Rewards - Not to mention, I will continue saving all my author and curation rewards, ensuring I have enough tokens ready for each LPUD, and increasing the amount from a minimum of 150.

If you ask me, this long journey to build my Leo Power up here is more about personal growth, as it is about community building and having a decent stake in a rising social media that I believe in. For every Leo token staked, every post shared, and every interaction contributes on Inleo is for a bigger picture - a thriving, decentralized social platform that rewards its users fairly. I am really happy and proud of reaching 12K Leo Power, but the journey does not stop here. With the same determination and consistency, I am setting my sights on 15K by 2025 and will keep working on my goal even better in 2025.
