[ESP]|[ENG] La primera rodada en bicicleta del año | The first bike ride of the year
Hola comunidad de Full deportes espero que tengan un bonito día, hoy miércoles 11 de enero fue mi primera rodada del año en bicicleta y me llevé una sorpresa porque me llovió en el camino, pero igualmente seguí adelante y lo disfrute muchísimo.
Ya he hecho ejercicio un par de veces desde que comenzó el año pero no había podido salir a rodar en bicicleta por que había estado un poco ocupado y hasta hoy pude ir a hacer mi ejercicio de cardio favorito, la mañana estaba hermosa y soleada, se veía perfecta para salir a rodar en la bicicleta.
Hello Full Sports community, I hope you have a nice day, today, Wednesday, January 11, was my first bike ride of the year and i got a surprise because it rained on the road, but I still went ahead and enjoyed it a lot.
I have already exercised a couple of times since the beginning of the year but I had not been able to go cycling because I had been a bit busy and until today I was able to go do my favorite cardio exercise, the morning was beautiful and sunny, it was looking perfect for riding the bike.
En el camino fui viendo varios indicios de que para arriba en la montaña estaba lloviendo, lo primero fue que vi que la carretera estaba un poco mojada y el segundo indicio fue este riachuelo que normalmente tiene poco flujo de agua y hoy cuando pasé por allí estaba bastante fuerte, esto me dio a entender que estaba lloviendo en el tope de la montaña.
On the way I was seeing several signs that made notice that it was raining up the mountain, the first thing was that I saw that the road was a bit wet and the second sign was this river stream that normally has little water flow and today when I passed by there it was quite hard, this made me to understand that it was raining at the top of the mountain.
Seguí subiendo montaña arriba a través de este hermoso sendero que esta cubierto de una espesa vegetación y de arboles masivamente grandes, aquí se puede respirar aire limpio, aire puro de montaña, eso es lo que mas me gusta de venir a hacer ejercicio aquí.
I continued cicling up the mountain through this beautiful path that is covered with thick vegetation and massively large trees, here you can breathe clean air, pure mountain air, that is what I like the most about coming to exercise here.
Aproximadamente a la mitad del recorrido empezó a llover, afortunadamente yo siempre llevo en mi cartera una bolsa por si me agarra la lluvia en la calle jajaja, metí ahí las cosas que no se pueden mojar y seguí con la rodada.
Approximately halfway through the route it started to rain, fortunately I always carry a bag in my wallet in case the rain catches me on the street hahaha, I put the things that cannot get wet in there and continued with the ride.
Afortunadamente cuando llegué a la zona del mirador ya había dejado de llover y el cielo se había despejado, justo a tiempo para ver y tomar fotos de toda la ciudad, eso blanco que se ve al fondo encima de las montañas es la lluvia que estaba pasando.
Fortunately when I reached the viewpoint area it had already stopped raining and the sky had cleared up, just in time to see and take photos of the whole city, that white thing that can be seen in the background on top of the mountains is the rain that was passing .
(nota: Aun no me he podido comprar el casco y es que esta bicicleta ni siquiera es mía, me la presta un vecino para poder subir a hacer ejercicio, igualmente recomiendo que lo utilicen ya que es un elemento de suma importancia que en el caso de un accidente podría llegar a salvar sus vidas.)
(note: I haven't been able to buy the helmet yet and this bike is not even mine, a neighbor lends it to me so I can go up to exercise, I still recommend that you use a helmet because it is an element very important that in the case of an accident it could save your live.)

Seguí subiendo y en el camino me pude encontrar estas bellezas de la naturaleza!

Encontré mural que retrata la vida del campo, o al menos así solía ser antes, con el avance de la tecnología eso ha cambiado jaja.
I found a mural that portrays the country life, or at least that's how it used to be before, with the advancement of technology that has changed haha.
Seguí subiendo y finalmente llegué a la meta, esta vez si cronometré el tiempo y me tarde 52 minutos en recorrer los 3,4 km de pura subida.
I kept going up and finally reached the finish line, this time I timed the journey and it took me 52 minutes to cover the 3.4 km of pure ascent.
La montaña te invita seguir subiendo y recorrerla pero en este punto yo ya estaba bastante cansado y decidí dar la vuelta y regresar, la bajada se hace muy rápida, lo que duré casi una hora subiendo, lo pude bajar en tan solo 8 minutos y se disfruta muchísimo porque me pega aire frio en la cara ayudándome a relajarme, bajar el ritmo cardiaco y volver a enfriarme
The mountain invites you to continue going up and go through it, but at this point I was already tired and decided to turn around and go back, the descent is very fast, in just 8 minutes i was already at the start of the mountain and the way down is very enjoyable because cold air hits my face helping me relax, lower my heart rate and cool down again

Bueno recorrido bro, la zona se ve fresca y tranquila. Me pasa igual, suelo llevar un paraguas porque nunca se sabe cuando caiga la lluvia jaja, ¡saludos!
Sii es bastante tranquila y muy bonita jaja, yo no llevo paragua sino una simple bolsa doblada y la meto en la cartera, me mojo yo pero no pierdo los documentos importantes

Nos encantó la rodada del día de la fecha, pudiste disfrutar del verde de la naturaleza, acompañado de un poco de lluvia que para los ciclista, eso es disfrutar el doble.
Que pena que no pudiste conseguir aunquesea un casco prestado; Es muy importante, porque a veces yendo a una velocidad muy baja podés tener un deslíz y la bicileta se te va, ocasinandote una lesión que se pudo prevenir.

Hola, estas historias me atrapan porque recorrer una carretera de montaña en bicicleta es espectacular y que llueva es extasiante, muy bonitas las fotos, tu demuestras que cuando se quiere hacer algo se buscan los medios, sigue disfrutando de la naturaleza y ejercitándote pero...es importante darle prioridad al casco y a los accesorios de protección, un fuerte abrazo!
