RE: Hive Mindset: Business Owner Versus Investor
You are viewing a single comment's thread:
I like the words of FREEDONE, SOVEREIGNITY, and NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM. If early investors have intention of more than money, we need to rethink of how developers are creating value with their work currently. Money is a part of it, not the whole. But it does not mean money is the only motive.
When a lot of developers are working on bundle of new things, sustainability is a question. Freedom, soverignity, and financial system is a matter of discussion.
Finding something that allures you, makes you feel refreshed, and thrilled by doing it, could be a click. Currently, a lot of projects are being developed on blockchains. building something that you truly believe in is a blessing. The best thing that can happen.
The objective is freedom, sovereignity, and new financial system where everyone has a chance to pursue his/her dreams.
The differences are here, what should be the mindset of investors? How would an investor get into this business, with what intention, with what outcomes, and exit strategy?
Value creation and value capturing is a concern, how to move with this in blockchain space?

The fact is we can come in and build something, without needing permission. What this is can be up to the individual. For some, it is being an active part of the community and sharing it with others.

Investors can still focus on the usual (especially ROI). However, they also need to consider growth, and that's not always measured by money or currency. If a business is sustainable and sound, the investments take care of themselves and investors still enjoy good ROI.
Will there be bumps in the road and downward trends? Yes. But they are part of the business cycle. If we keep doing the right things, we will be rewarded in many ways as long as we keep moving forward.
