For me, the year 2022 was the best year I have ever had and I have felt very good about myself. That same year I started a job in a movement called women for life, where we help and support women and adolescents in situations of; In addition to that, we also work with boys and girls to guarantee them a better quality of life with our free Psychology services, legal advice, recreations such as music, dance, drawing, sports, among other activities.
Staying with this beautiful women's organization made me realize what I am capable of doing to support those who need it, and I have had more experience as a social worker.
Here we not only provide support to the community, but also to ourselves in self-care for all of us who work here. Since sometimes we load ourselves with many things, we also deserve a break. These self-care we apply yoga, meditations and training workshops to know how to cope with situations and make us feel empowered.

And that's how I felt that year, I like my job and working with my family of women where we assert ourselves and show other women that they are also valuable in this world, managing to show them not only their value, but also their abilities that make them unique and unrepeatable.

I love being who I am, with a different and unique look, so you can tell who I am with my different hair color styles.

Para mí el año 2022 fue el mejor año que he tenido y me he sentido muy bien conmigo misma. Ese mismo año comencé en un empleo en un movimiento llamado mujeres por la vida, en donde ayudamos y apoyamos a mujeres y adolescentes en situaciones de; Adicional a eso también trabajamos con niños y niñas para garantizarles una mejor calidad de vida con nuestros servicios gratuitos de Psicología, Asesorías legale, recreaciones cómo música, danza, dibujo, deportes entre otras actividades.
Permanecer a esta bella organización de mujeres me hizo darme cuenta de lo que soy capaz de hacer para apoyar a quien lo necesite, y he tenido más experiencia como trabajadora social.
Aquí no solo brindamos apoyo a la comunidad, si no a nosotras mismas en autocuidados para todas las que aquí trabajamos. Ya que en ocasiones nos cargamos de muchas cosas nosotras también merecemos un descanso. Estos autocuidados aplicamos yoga, meditaciones y talleres de capacitación para saber sobrellevar situaciones y hacernos sentir empoderadas.

Y así me sentí ese año, me gusta mi empleo y trabajar con mi familia de mujeres en donde nos hacemos valer y le mostramos a otras mujeres que también son valiosas en este mundo, logrando demostrarles no solo su valor, si no sus capacidades que las hacen únicas e irrepetibles.

Amo ser como soy, con un look diferente y único, así que podrán saber quién soy con mis diferentes estilos de color de cabello.
