No sé que pasa con mi actuar
Vivo en automático algunas veces
Y eso dificulta mi pensar
La impulsividad me agobia
Igual que mi respirar
Aumentado y tenso
Cómo las olas de un mar a estallar
O quizás como aquellas sombras
Que salen en mis pesadillas
No es una tontería
Me doy cuenta de mi personalidad
Por lo menos lo acepto
Y trato muchas veces de cambiar
No está bien ser así
No conmigo
Y mucho menos con los demás
Es por eso la terapia
La reflexión y la catarsis que no es de cambio fugaz
Pero se va volviendo realidad
Hoy decido cambiar
Esto de sentirse mal consigo misma
No es un juego con resultado final
Quiere decirme que soy consciente
Y la conciencia es un regalo divino y ejemplar
Reflexión antes de dormir
Pesadillas que hoy no estarán
El hablar sana
Los traumas se van
Así como darse cuenta
Que todo va a mejorar
