Hello friends, here I am again with my sims, I really love this game with madness, it is tremendously addictive, especially when you discover very interesting and funny things. This time Cordelia (the vampire girl) and her husband Severus decided to return to the golden jungle in search of fabulous treasures, especially in the hidden temple that is in the middle of the jungle, there they could get curses or blessings depending on their experience in archaeology, and although it is something they have done before, this time they plan to spend a night in the open, in a tent as the only shelter to see how it goes. Hola amigos, aquí estoy de nuevo con mis sims, de verdad amo este juego con locura, es tremendamente adictivo, sobre todo cuando descubres cosas muy interesantes y divertidas. En esta ocasión Cordelia (la chica vampireza) y su esposo Severus decidieron regresar a la selva dorada en busca de fabulosos tesoros, sobre todo en el templo escondido que está en medio de la selva, allí podrían obtener maldiciones o bendiciones dependiendo de su experiencia en arqueología, y a pesar de que es algo que han hecho anteriormente, en esta ocasión piensan pasar una noche en la intemperie, en una carpa de como único refugio para ver que tal les va. ¡Acompáñenme!
They decided to stay in a beautiful house that is close to the jungle, it has many amenities such as running water, refrigerator and kitchen, the beds are not too comfortable but they are a luxury for being in the jungle. Oh and on this occasion they were also accompanied by Estrella and Luna, the couple's dog daughters.
Decidieron alojarse en una preciosa casa que está cerca de la selva, tiene muchas comodidades como agua corriente, refrigerador y cocina, las camas no son demasiado cómodas pero son todo un lujo para estar en la selva. Ah y en esta ocasión también los acompañaron Estrella y Luna, las hijas perrunas de la pareja
They then went to the village inn to stock up on everything they would need for their next expedition.
Posteriormente fueron a la posada del pueblo para abastecerse de todo lo que necesitarán en su próxima expedición.
Cordelia decided to go ahead, so she reached the jungle first and considered it best to take her vampire form so she could command respect among the forest creatures, perhaps this way she wouldn't be in danger.

Severus arrived a few seconds later and was very annoyed because he wanted to cut the vines that unlocked the portal to some interesting place in the jungle, but Cordelia had gone ahead and pulled out her machete to cut the vines, so she would be the first to do the exploration.

Crossing a bend Cordelia sensed a strange calmness in the air, and looking up she saw a group of sloths watching her. Distracted, she tripped over a low branch, releasing a swarm of flaming flies that swooped down on the sloths to annoy them and burn their fur. Cordelia had two options, let nature take its course or distract the flies with a dance. She obviously chose the second option because after all, the flies attacked the sloths because of her.
Al cruzar una curva Cordelia percibió una extraña calma en el ambiente, y al alzar la vista vio a un grupo de perezosos que la observaban, al estar distraída se tropezó con una rama baja y de esta manera liberó un enjambre de moscas flamígeras que se lanzaron sobre los perezosos para molestarlos y quemarles el pelaje. Cordelia tenía dos opciones, dejar que la naturaleza siguiera su curso o distraer a las moscas con un baile. Obviamente ella optó por la segunda opción porque después de todo las moscas atacaron a los perezosos por su culpa.
Cordelia began to do a local dance she had recently learned in the hope of distracting the flies, but she stumbled again and the flies attacked more rudely, the sloths became nervous and shook the trees, so some branches broke off and hit Cordelia on the head, but she fled before making things even worse.

When they got out of there Cordelia and Severus decided to leave that area and head towards another, they passed a place from which they could see the house they had rented, then they travelled across a wooden suspension bridge that swayed dangerously in the wind and finally they reached another portal, but this time Severus said that he wanted to be the explorer, so he set out to cut the vines.

Suddenly a bunch of spiders started attacking Cordelia but fortunately she had plenty of spider repellent.

As there was nothing interesting in Severus' expedition, Cordelia decided to try again, and this time while she was in the middle of her exploration she heard a growl, she was obviously scared but after turning slowly she could see a jaguar with something shiny between its teeth, luckily he hadn't seen her. What should she do, stand still or try to scare him? This situation could go on for a very long time but she still decided not to risk it and remained immobile.

The jaguar advanced slowly towards her while her heart was beating very fast, but suddenly a noise managed to scare it away.

On leaving, Cordelia found her first treasure chest, which offered her a valuable gem.

Suddenly Cordelia found a strange egg and a bird of prey watching it greedily from a branch. Should she try to chase the bird away or should she guard the egg with protective instinct?

Meanwhile Severus was analysing the best way to enter another room, as the temple consists of several rooms and in order to advance you have to unlock them, but some skeletons were standing there menacingly, waiting perhaps for the slightest mistake to attack.

Severus activated the temple's defences by mistake, so one of the skeletons attacked him with a flaming bolt of lightning that set Severus on fire, fortunately he had a flame extinguisher.

I don't know what is happening to our friend, he used to be good at archaeology, really good but apparently his wife has outgrown him as she was able to unlock the room so she could get through it without any problems.

However, Severus got something much more interesting, a bigger chest full of more treasures and also the Omiscan gods gave him a blessing, and an ancient object.

Satisfied with their exploration, Severus and Cordelia decided to set up camp outside the temple and see how it went, and it all seemed like a great idea.

It turns out that a swarm of angry bees attacked Cordelia because she was using her human form instead of her vampiric form? I don't think so, she was just unlucky. Poor Cordelia! She'll return to the city full of treasures and blessings but with lots of bee stings.
Pues resulta que un enjambre de abejas furiosas atacó a Cordelia ¿será porque ella estaba usando su forma humana en lugar de la forma vampirica? No lo creo, solo tuvo mala suerte ¡Pobre Cordelia! Regresará a la ciudad llena de tesoros y bendiciones pero con muchas picaduras de abeja.

Sí, exactamente jajaja tuvo un pésimo día, aunque sabía mucho de arqueología no fue suficiente para él, pero al final del día logró obtener muchas recompensas en ese tesoro. Esta expansión tiene cosas muy interesantes, y lo mejor de todo es que cada vez que visitas el templo hay cosas diferentes.
Cordelia and Severus remind me a bit of some fanfic on Wattpad, hahaha. Wow, I had a long time without reading something about The Sims.
