Empezando decidimos hacer estáticos de dificultad y combos, decidí usar la fuerza inicial para hacer plancha straddle en barra supina y me salió 4 segundos y muy limpia, luego hice una en prona donde por primera vez me sale y fueron 3 segundos con las piernas un poco caídas, luego hicimos combos con front y variedades de hefesto como el back, estirado y entrada ángel.
Finalizamos la rutina haciendo básicos compuestos por muscle ups, dominadas, fondos y flexiones! Gracias por mirar mi post y nos vemos en una próxima publicación.
I decided to use the initial strength to do a straddle plancha on supine bar and I got 4 seconds and very clean, then I did a prone plancha where for the first time I got 3 seconds with my legs a little down, then we did combos with front and varieties of hefesto as the back, stretched and angel entry.
