De vuelta con los entrenamientos de plancha! [ESP-ENG]
Empecé calentando ya que llevo un tiempo sin entrenar en específico plancha así que use la banda elástica para activar los hombros, luego empecé con plancha straddle aguantando la postura, luego mejorando la técnica y después intentos de full planche, ya para ese momento estaba bien fatigado así que empecé con combos básicos de straddle + handstand + 90 grados + v-sit y eso fue mi entrenamiento de hoy.
I started warming up since I haven't trained specifically plank for a while so I used the elastic band to activate the shoulders, then I started with straddle plank holding the posture, then improving the technique and then full plank attempts, by that time I was already very fatigued so I started with basic combos of straddle + handstand + 90 degrees + v-sit and that was my workout for today.
