To become proficient in a subject, one has to do various things, such as to know the subject very well, and to know more and more, and to receive training on the subject. Mastery will be gained in the subject in which you will undergo training. There is no substitute for training to acquire skills.

For this reason, the teachers of various government educational institutions of Bangladesh are trained by the government of Bangladesh at different times, through the training, teachers can learn teaching techniques and gain experience on how to teach students. Skilled teachers are made through training, for this every teacher needs to undergo training.

I have been working as a teacher in Darul Arkam Ibtedayi Madrasa since 2018, before that I worked as a teacher in another educational institution, I like teaching profession very much. After becoming a teacher, I took many trainings. Every time I train I learn something new. New experience gained.

A two-day training course has been organized under the Islamic Foundation of Bangladesh Government for all our Darul Arkam teachers in Bangladesh, as part of which this training course started yesterday in our Chapainawabganj district. Inauguration ceremony is organized before the commencement of the training course.

Mr. Ahmed Mahbub Ul Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner of General Division of Chapainawabganj district was present as the chief guest at the opening ceremony of this two-day long training course, Mr. Mohammad Anichur Rahman Khan, Deputy Director of Narcotics Control Directorate of Chapainawabganj district was present as a special guest. Deputy Director of Chapainawabganj District Islamic Foundation, Agriculturist Mohammad Mahmudar Rahman presided over the opening ceremony.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, the Holy Quran was recited, then the President gave a welcome speech, then the special guest gave a speech on various important issues, then the chief guest gave a speech on various important issues, they discussed the status of teachers, training issues. Highlighted, also discussed about moving our beloved Bangladesh forward.

After the Inaugural Ceremony, breakfast is arranged for all our teachers, after the breakfast our training program starts. A total of four classes were held yesterday, the first class trained students on teaching techniques and use with students, the second class taught us first aid to students. In third class we are trained in social values, and in fourth class we are trained in learning methods.

The opening ceremony of the training course started at ten in the morning, and our training course started at twelve noon, yesterday's training course ended at five in the afternoon. Today, the second day of training will begin at 5:00 AM, and will end at 5:00 PM. I gained a lot of experience from yesterday's training and learned a lot.
