Gorgeous handmade leaf embroidery
Hello everyone greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Today is Monday so i thought to make some embroidery. I saw a video and learnt a tanka then i tried it myself on fabric. Its ** leaf hand embroidery**. As you know i am trying to learn different stitches so today needlework is very beautiful and i also was shocked to see my new Stitch. I am very curious to tell you about my needlework. I used green and yellow colour so that the leaf embroidery looks pretty. I needed frame fabric thread and needle for embroidery. So let's start the process of my today work.
Process
First i took white colour fabric and adjust it in the frame then i First i draw leaves with led pencil. The sketch for embroidery is very easy.
First i took green colour thread and put it in the needle then started the embroidery on branch. I started from the top of leaf and took out needle at the end of branch then i took out needle under the frame and started to make tanka on the line of branch step by step.
After this i put yellow colour in the needle and started embroidery in the leaf. First i choosed one side leaf and i made zanjeri or chain stitches. I took out needle both sides of leaf line in chain stiches.
I followed same steps in the whole leaves step by step.
And its called chain tanka.
My handmade leaf embroidery is ready for final look. You guys can see more shots of my work.
Final look
