If you’re not positive energy, you’re negative energy.

-- Mark Cuban

About the Quote

When used in connection with people as individuals, energy is synonymous with spirit.

Those who have positive energy attract others to them and make people and things around them better. Those who have negative energy cause others to stay away from them, or outright repel other people.

Energy in the context of individuals is fluid, and its aspect can be changed when one influence is substituted for another. One who has negative energy today can have positive energy tomorrow. Likewise in the other direction.

Some Information about Mark Cuban

Mark Cuban was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US on 1958-July-31.

He is best known as a television personality for his role in the venturecapital-themed reality TV series Shark Tank. He is also owner of the Dallas Mavericks franchise of the National Basketball Association.

Mark Cuban co-founded with Todd Wagner the Internet video and audio streaming service AudioNet in 1995. AudioNet was rebranded as Broadcast.com, and at the height of the Dot-Com Bubble in 1998 he and Wagner sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo! for around USD 5.7 billion.

His long-time interest in sports was such that it was one reason why he founded AudioNet/Broadcast.com. After reaching USD billionaire status with the sale of Broadcast.com to Yahoo!, he bought the Dallas Mavericks in 2000. His willingness to spend money not only on players but also for franchise-focused ameneties and facilities upgrades made his team an attractive destination for free agents after years of being an afterthought.
