Visitando el Teatro Baralt, Monumento Histórico Nacional

Recientemente con motivo de la graduación de mi sobrino visité el Teatro Baralt, este está ubicado en el casco histórico de la ciudad de Maracaibo y es considerado Monumento Histórico Nacional por su gran valor arquitectónico y la historia que alberga en su interior, allí se proyectó la primera película cinematográfica en el país, así como también grandes representantes de las artes desde su inauguración en el año de 1883.

El edificio original del Teatro Baralt fue demolido y se inauguró en el año de 1932 el edifico que actualmente alberga el Teatro, sin embargo su arquitecto preservó la taquilla original del teatro y algunos murales. Al entrar al teatro en la sala baja se puede ver la Taquilla, es muy linda y tomé una foto para mostrárselas queridos hivers.

Al entrar al teatro propiamente lo más imponente que noté fue el techo, en el centro se destaca un plafond en forma de flor rodeado por figuras con motivos abstractos que cubre toda la sala principal del teatro. Me encantó la decoración interior que se observa, te transporta al pasado con sus paredes decoradas con columnas, es muy bonito.
