Our Outreach Journey: Attempts to list two businesses, Shopping at Akagod phone tech and onboarding the business owner to hive!

Yesterday, I joined @nikky01, @yummycruz1, and @shullamite17 on a mission to promote Hive and HBD adoption. Our first stop was a popular fast-food restaurant in our region. Nikky01 had previously spoken with the manager about the possibility of accepting HBD, and this time, we accompanied her to explain the concept in detail.

We discussed HBD’s benefits, including how customers could enjoy discounts for using it, and provided an overview of what HBD is and how the distriator works. The manager seemed interested but informed us that he’d need to consult with others in authority before making a final decision. He asked us to return for further discussions, which we look forward to.
This popular fast food is Called Evaris chicken and fries and they sell different kinds of food and drink, they also have a bakery, and then a fuel station, so if we succeed in listing this place, Hivers can pay HBD to buy petrol, how fun!

Next, we visited another business, a supermarket we’ve been engaging with. Unfortunately, the owner wasn’t available, but we’re planning to return soon to continue our conversation.

Later in the day, @dannymotors called, eager to purchase something from a gadget shop we had previously listed. @shullamite17 and @yummycruz1 also decided to make purchases, so we all headed there together. At the shop, I guided the owner, @akagod1, through generating payment codes for the purchases, as he had forgotten how to do it.

I shared with him how we earned HBD through writing on Hive rather than purchasing it, which piqued his interest. He requested to join Hive, so I created an account for him using

I helped him set up his profile and guided him in writing his introduction post, which included a report of our visit.

It was truly rewarding to see both the buyers and the business owner thrilled with their cashbacks and the opportunity to join Hive. @akagod1 was proud to host us and is now excited to be part of the Hive community.
