Of Smiles, Dedication and Triumph

**Smile.**

Behind every simple smile hides a feeling of greater joy, and oftentimes, hardships. They may seem emotionless, but believe me, when you see them smile it was meant to be genuine. They don't speak much about what they feel but seeing their family eats at least three times a day and being able to see them happy already means a lot.

It bears the weight of unconditional love. It is a reassurance that despite the circumstances being faced at hand, his children are adored and accepted for who they are. It is as if a silent affirmation that his love knows no bounds and that the happiness of his family is of the greatest significance.

Further, we draw strength and encouragement from their smiles. It is like a beacon of support that reminds us that we are not alone. It embodies their unwavering belief and support in our abilities and no matter what the result of each contest we may participate in, we always have their support.

Dedication.

They always want something bigger and a much more comfortable life for their family and that's exactly one of the reasons why they continuously work hard. Tough, as they may seem, they are also vulnerable. Their energy is not inexhaustible nor unlimited, but nothing can stop the burning desire within them to provide something for their family despite how difficult it is.

It is a testament, a silent assurance to the immeasurable impact they have on their family. The profound love which is raging within them drives them to do what's best. It is a gift that is reciprocated through the bonds of respect, appreciation, and most importantly, trust which is built within the family.

Triumph.

Regardless of its nature, the victory of one member of the family is also everyone else's victory. The joy of seeing their children become who they want to be is already a great triumph. It cannot be compensated by anything else and this makes life more special and meaningful because even the smallest victory we have, they still rejoice. We may not see it directly, but we can feel it in their action.

It is the recognition of their exceptional and irreplaceable role in our lives. Through their relentless love and responsibility, they have made a deep and lasting impact on the world through us whom they have fostered, cared, and guided so as to become whatever we achieve in life.

Ultimately, it is a sincerely personal and subjective experience. It is as if a tapestry woven from the love, devotion, and sacrifices they make for their families. It is the sense of fulfillment that emerges from seeing how we find happiness and draw strength that makes the family bonds even stronger.

Yes, they're our fathers. The ones who defeat the greatest villains in real life, surpass what the superheroes have done through pure love, sacrifice, and determination. They stood the test of storms, and even then, they did not demand praise. Instead, they keep their foot on the ground and continuously do what has been called their duties as fathers but which I rather call passion and devotion in the name of love for their family.
