Good Life - Lifting Harder

The name says it all really 🤙

Got a strength session in this morning, going a bit heavier than I have recently. Been a bit hard getting back into things since a 4 week holiday in July, followed by covid and an injury.

Starting to build some solid strength back up.

Today I targeted the chest, tri-ceps, and threw some core into the mix to finish.

  • Bench Press
  • Incline Dumbells
  • Cable Flys
  • Decline Bench
  • Tri Pulldowns
  • Skullcrushers

6-8 reps for 3 sets.. Followed by a drop-set to finish each exercise off.

Feeling a big month coming on 💪
