Evening Strength Training

Managed to get an evening strength session in tonight.

Targeted mostly back tonight, and incorporated some deadlifts for the first time since injuring my leg.

Deadlifts always been a favourite exercise for building all round strength as it requires the use of all large muscle groups.

Pain in the leg has seemed to have subsided, so going to try build back gradually over the next few weeks.
