Oxyfitness gym
Hi my friends, recently, I went to Oxyfitness gym. This gym is a 24-hour gym. I went here for a trial session. After visiting this gym and working out here for around one and a half, I can conclude that this gym is worth a visit. A place that you can work out a lot here.
I was here around 9 a.m. and it was already packed with people. A lot of people want to get fit here in Miri these days.
Presenting Oxyfitness gym
My first impression was that this gym was big. This gym is also well maintained. There are trainers here in case you need some one to guide you. For me, I've been training at a gym for the last two decades.
There are so many squat machines. One of the best types of workouts is the leg workout. The best feeling is training legs.
The green carpet here for the high-intensity interval training. You push weights across this green carpet.
So many weight machines to use. The best thing is that there are so many squat racks. These squat racks can be used as chest workouts.
Breathe and Lift - The kettle bells are so colourful. There are green, yellow, red and orange.
10 a.m. - One hour later after the workout. The best thing about a good workout is the feeling of sweat. The feeling of pain.
That was how it was at Oxyfitness gym. Two storeys up to the gym room. They also have the showers and wifi connected lockers for you to safely put your stuff inside. The one thing I like about this gym is that it is not air conditioned. Usually, if there is air con, when I sweat a lot, it dries up.
Hope you enjoy the visit to this gym. It is never too late to train.
