Hi hi.. I am @luueetang. I love going to shop for food and there is a new supermarket in the city. There are a lot of imported food items in this grocery store. Do you love to go grocery shopping? What do you usually buy?

METRO SUPERMARKET

Some freshly baked cake from the local bakery. Do you like eating cakes? Would you want to get some fresh baked cakes? There are some cheesecake as well as pandan layer cakes. I bought some pandan layered cakes.

Huge space and high ceilings

One of the characteristics of new supermarkets is that it usually has high ceilings and are usually spacious. The first thing that I noticed while I was here was the Ice cream. I am an Ice Cream lover. Who else loves eating ice cream? Nothing better to have than ice cream on a really hot day.

METRO is opened for business

A modern design and the modern logos are usually minimalistic.

Fresh produce section of the supermarket

Neatly arranged fruits and vegetables section. I love looking at fruits especially the Avocados and grapes. Then there is the milk and coffee section of the supermarket. These are my favourite sections.

Long aisles of infinite selection

Long aisle for great exercise while searching for food around the supermarket.

MILO

One of Malaysia's favourite drink. Malt chocolate drink. This drink is in every Malaysian home. You can request for a cup of Milo in any Malaysian home.

My wife

She can spend a lot of time in a supermarket. So it's great to have her to bring me around and see what's new. She always hunt for new food.

The chocolate section

This is definitely one of my favourite sections in any supermarket. I usually would grab a pack of chocolates. That is if I my snacks depot at home runs low. There is a snack depot with lots of snacks in my room. While I watch a movie, I'll go grab a pack of something and just start eating.

There are lots of beverages to choose from

There are also lots of frozen food to buy. That guy looking at the drink is from Brunei. After that I saw him getting into his car. Brunei borders are opened and a lot of Bruneians would travel to Miri to buy stuff. Currency exchange is pretty high now for a Brunei dollar.

Imported snacks

Delicious imported snacks from Japan. Japanese are really good at making attractive packaging for their products.

Beverages

The monsters are great for the gym and workouts. I've not had any. In case, if gets me too powered up. hahaha.. Usually, I would just go for the coffee or some milky drinks.

Coconut

Fresh coconuts in a very nice package. I have lots of coconut in my garden, so nope, no coconut for me at the moment. Do you like coconuts?
