Good morning.. it is a Sunday again. Vietnamese cuisine is known for its fresh ingredients and savoury taste. This restaurant is quite popular and it serves authentic Vietnamese food.

The first thing that you would notice is the asthetically pleasing entrance.

Lots and lots of lanterns hang from the ceiling.

Different colours. Classic lanterns. These lanterns add to the asthetics of the restaurant.

It does feel like I am in a restaurant in Vietnam.

Even the waitress wears a shirt with the flag of Vietnam.

We ordered some Crispy pancakes as well as the fresh spring rolls.

I also ordered this Vietnamese milk coffee ☕☕☕.

phin filter. I have one at home. The coffee that comes out of it has very strong texture and taste. It taste a lot different as compared to coffee that is brewed in a normal manner.

Banana strip salad

It is a very healthy dish. Each strip is made of strips from banana skin. If I am not mistaken. Sorry about it. It has this strong sour taste.

Milk coffee

The coffee powder is placed in a Phin filter. Hot water is poured into the top part and the coffee slowly drips from the filter creating that espresso level coffee brew. It taste as though the coffee came out of a coffee machine. That's how good this particular filter is.

A glass filled with ice besides. Some condensed milk is in the cup. When the cup gets filled, the coffee is poured into the glass with ice. It is honestly super delicious.

Dip it in that special sauce and eat. It taste really fresh like eating raw veggies. It is also not oily. So, from my view, this is one healthy meal. You can eat it before you sleep and won't need to feel guilty at all.

They also cut it into three even parts for us to share.

My sister in law ordered an egg coffee

The top is creamy and taste like cheese. I guess, it thickens the coffee to increase its creaminess.

This is very strong. Luckily, I was able to sleep that night.

The last is the dessert. The sugar covers the caramel pudding beneath. It is very savory.

This restaurant serves premium Vietnamese food.
