Good morning. it's great to always get some fresh air. One of the best places to visit in the early part of the day is definitely a park. Walking around when it's still hot. Great time to sweat.

The local park

Lots of trees. It's great to walk around in a park that is covered with loads and loads of trees. This reduces the heat. Sometimes, it gets pretty hot.

There are usually not many people walking around during the day like this. Everyone, I guess is still working. Usually, these parks are filled up during the evening and during weekends.

Birds of paradise

This is one of the most beautiful types of plants out there. The birds of paradise. These flowers are quite rare to see. If you look carefully at the flowers, it does resemble birds, don't they?

The hut

There are a couple of these around the whole park to give everyone a place just to rest just incase you get too tired or when it gets too hot. There is a library complex that is next to this park.

Lots and lots of palm trees

I enjoy looking at this particular part of the whole park. It's symmetry. Then the reflection of the dome.

My wife

We sometimes spend some time getting some exercise done. Get our minds fresh. It's great to be out once in a while.

This little resting station had been upgraded a couple of months ago.

The pathway. This is where you can get some jogging done. The nice little pathways to run.

Lots of trees shade the pathway

Despite the number of trees here, it is still hot. However, I guess, I am used to it.

The mosque opposite the road

This mosque sits opposite the road. In Sarawak, everyone lives in harmony.

This is sometimes a stage. Usually for important festivals and events this middle stage area is used for performances. Soon, it's going to hold the food festival again. It's an annual thing.

Some workout equipment.

Sometimes after some walking around, I get to this part of the park to get some workout done. This is the best place to do just that. Getting my muscle tensed.
